If you want to turn to print for your advertisement requirements, you can navigate through a lot of options with color offset printing. You can try every form, every size and shapes. Just avail the services of the right printing company and you're ready to go.

Focusing on the Design
This is one area that you must spend more than enough time with. You can base the other elements of your ads on the theme of the design that you've created. What are these elements?

1.    Fonts. Even the type of fonts that you'll use on your ads is going to affect its overall appeal. You have so many to choose from. So make sure that the ones that you are going to use will fit your marketing message.

2.    Colors. This is a vital part of your designing process. You must complement all your design ideas with the colors that you'll use for your project.

3.    The layout. Before you can decide on this, you have to consider the following.

•    What kind of materials are you going to use to advertise? You can start with business cards, and then try out direct mailing postcards. You can also have brochures, catalogs or flyers. You can also try the large format ones like posters and banners.

•    You also have to consider your marketing message. The layout plays an important part on how this is going to be perceived by your audience. Do you want them to feel threatened? Use big, bold letters in colors that are in contrast to the background. Do you want them to feel good? Make the layout easy to the eyes. This is just a sample. You can go a lot of ways in these terms.

Now that you have everything taken cared of, you can concentrate on how you can make your designs better. If you really know nothing about this area, you can always consult a pro for assistance or you can hire one to do it for you.

But you have to feed the person about the background of the project. This way, the one who is going to do the design will have a clearer view of what you want to be done.

1.    Purpose. What is the material for? Do you want to introduce your company to probable clients? Do you want to retain your existing customers by sending them your materials? Do you want to invite people to a company event or any other kinds of programs or gimmicks?

2.    Target market. All the design elements must be dictated by the preferences of the people who are going to get those in the end. And whoever will design your color printing project must bear in mind these people from start to finish of the process.

3.    When do you plan to release the materials? Or what is your gimmick all about? You can suggest an occasion that will fall on that month same as your promotion to be used on the design.

For color offset printing, all you've got to rely to is the right printing company. But for the design part, you must trust your own gut, people's feedback and the results you've had with your past marketing tools.
