After breaking up one of the hardest situations you can find yourself in is finding your ex girlfriend is dating someone new. It's never easy when you figure out that your former girlfriend and girl you still love has decided to move on without you. When this happens there are two things you can do: Either accept that she's moved on and look for another girl or you can try and steal her back from the new guy in her life. If you still love her and believe this is worth fighting for, then the second option is the one you're going to be doing.
The first thing you need to do is try not to show any signs of jealousy. This won't help you and there are few situations where showing that jealousy would be beneficial. It's not an easy task, but if you're serious about getting her back then you've got to remain in control and keep your jealousy hidden. The reason for this is that once you show you've got a problem with the new guy in her life you risk losing her forever. Jealousy also is a sign of weakness, a perception you don't want to have of you. When you meet this new man in her life be polite and cordial, firmly grip his hand during the handshake and wish him well and smile. Don't take just to your ex girlfriend, but be friendly and don't ignore her new man. After doing that you can excuse yourself from the room or whatever situation the meeting happened to have occurred at. This will instantly pique your ex's interest since she's be wondering why you're so ok with her dating another person. She may think you've also found someone else. This will give her lingering thoughts about you, which is the purpose of the whole act.
You should also go out again and give yourself time to think and reflect on what went wrong to begin with. Dating other people is not a good idea now so you want to avoid doing that. Actually dating someone new will give your ex the impression that you really have moved on. Bringing another woman into the mix is also not fair if you're still in love with your ex. By going out with your friends and having fun your ex will hear about it and see that your life didn't come to a full stop when the two of you broke up. You need to show her that you're the guy she fell in love with, and having a good time and being fun to be around is much more that guy than one who broods over it and gets detached from everyone else.
