What is the Holy Spirit saying to the Churches. "If you have ears, then listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches. (Revelation 2 vs.17)
Are these days like the days of the early Church in the Book of Revelation?
What is the Holy Spirit saying to the world?
Are we, as the people of nations and cultures, being drawn together through the agonies of disasters like the Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Typhoons?
Does our country even now endure extreme drought, lightning fires, and floods?
Are we in apocalyptic times?
As the reluctant custodian of the world can we understand the raging of these tragedies?
Our country and other nations have tried to come to the aid of those stricken. Yet are there multiple warnings? Global warnings? Nuclear hauntings?
America seems to be in the middle of this vortex. English is the spoken language over all over the world. Technology in the computer-internet, cell phone, television links are also drawing us together? Economically we are painfully bonded to China and India. Oil and energy draws us into the Middle East. Fuel and gas energy has become our obsession.
But what good is this relatedness when we are infested with terroristic violence? Where is the answer? Is Jesus confronting us? What is the answer?
Jesus said also to the people "When you see a cloud coming up from the west, at once you say, "It is going to rain and so it does. And when you feel the south wind blowing, you say "It is going to be hot, and so it does. Hypocrites! You can look at the earth and the sky and tell what it means, why, then don't you know the meaning of this present time?" Luke 12 vs, 54-56
Lord Jesus, as Lord of the Universe and of this world show us what to do! Let us pray!

Wonderfully inspirational and lovingly written article. Yes, let us pray---pray for the world, for others, for ourselves. Our only salvation will come from our prayers--prayers of true faith and belief.

this was a well written, interesting and inspiring article. it's so true. we have no Earthly Human that can show us the way in the perfection God can, although at times, He may use Humans to do it. thanks for sharing and i hope you continue writing,
