In my opinion the scope of deception, lies, omissions and what is in my opinion sin has covered this land in a dark cloud that lays heavy across and over average Americans everywhere. It has in my opinion been created and brought about by those who no longer serve the people but serve another God, another ideology, and certainly Big Business and those interests. It is written in the deception , lies, omissions, half, truths and on and on and on that they perpetuate. No need to spell it out. It is fact by what they do, have done and failed to do. No debate, they really can't, they have no answers just pass blame.
Do you need some simple examples of it? Well I better keep them simple because if I get into the real issues many just don't understand why all this is happening. "Why don't they do something" Well my friends did you ever think they don't want to? Did you ever think there is a plan behind it all? Can it be all, yes all of them, or at least the majority of them who have college level educations or higher, some at the most prestigious schools in this nation and the world, are incapable? Can that be so or is there something else? Yes perhaps you might ponder that while you have your Hot Dog and set off your fire cracker.
So here is one for you. Yes perhaps many, about 50 million can appreciate. Yes I bet those 62,000 more who are out of work, behind on their mortgages and Credit Cards or soon will be will suddenly realize what I am writing to and about. That is those who care. That is those who can think it through and understand.
In these days of severe financial hardship there are those who are as I stated in my opinion the perpetrators of destruction, deception and lies. They are all over. they are strangers, friends, and yes even family but they do the deeds. Good people doing the man's work. So here it is. The simple act of collecting a debt has now been in my opinion and evidently by the experience of at least one clouded in hiding. What do I mean? Well Debt collectors now shroud themselves in other identities. Why, people are turned off to most of them. I said most, in my opinion some are really decent people, some. Many Collection Companies have now have now eliminated that dreaded term or label, "Collections Department" and they have now changed [doesn't it sound like our politicians who changed nothing but package it as change] their identity. Yes they now come as, get this, as "Delinquency Agent", "Mitigation Agent", "Account Representative", "The Billing Department", Financial, etc, all fictitious. Why, because when push comes to shove they don't want you to find out they are exactly who they say they are, a Collection Agency. The majority in my opinion the raw meat eaters, don't want you to know they are coming and guess what you are? Does the lion warn the meal? Yes, the raw meat, the cattle they consume. Yes and they even hide their identity when calling. Why, they know who they are, what they are and what they do.
Is it wrong what they do? No, not in my opinion, it is in my opinion in how they go about doing it. Now according to the Fair Debt Collection Act they must state who they are. Yes, that is their full name, the agency they represent and the purpose of the call. If they lie, do not provide that, or provide only half, or a fictitious name they are in violation of the law, period and subject to fine. That is if the government will do ever do anything about it? In my opinion don't hold your breath.
So as a real life example a friend received a call from someone he never heard of before. When he picked up the phone they asked for him. He said it was he and he asked who was calling. I quote him here as he stated it. " Hi, I'm so and so from, and get this, supposedly the bank he owed money to on his credit card. He responded with a question, "why does your identity come up on my caller ID as being different then that of the bank"? She said, "I represent the bank as a delinquency specialist". He asked if she was really from the bank, since he had just been in touch with them? He then asked "your from a collection agency". To which she said "they were assisting to collect the debt for the bank". He then advised her the call was being recorded and reiterated that she was not from the bank but a collection agency . To which she did not respond. He provided his information freely as to his circumstance and financial capability and all the discussions he had with the bank. He was in fact waiting from a reply from the bank. I guess she was it? She asked once again "if he had tried to contact the bank and work it out". To that end he stated "multiple times and the last, just last evening when they hung up on him" and he also tried via e-mail". He then added "he had provided his financial situation to the bank and even stated he would be happy to work out a settlement or long term arrangement of more then 6 or 10 months". That he had no income because of a change in circumstances except his Social Security. He also discussed with the bank "that should they pass the account for collection to an outside source they would be doing that source a disservice". Why, meaning they would be deceiving them as well. You see they sell your debt for pennies on the dollar. They anything a debt collector can get over the amount of purchase and costs to collect is a win for them. So if you owed the bank $5,000 and they sold it for $500.00 then that debt collector has $4500.00 to play with. The bank, well they get to write it off as a loss and get a tax break. They can also take you to court and take your eyes right out of your head or anything of value they can. That is presuming you have anything. Yes and they will go back 5 years to make sure they have found what you hid. You see that is the way they think. They think everyone nis like them. Yes but zero equals zero so what is so hard about this?Of course when we talk logical in this country what can we say? It doesn't matter it is a system and we must follow the system. Yes just like they ripped him off with their usury forcing him into the circumstances he currently finds himself. He was paying, albeit late, but paying.
So here they are these purveyors deception and lies even doing it to one of their own. Now look, the debt is there and he owes the debt but it is unsecured and they took the gamble and lost. Unsecured means no collateral necessary. Yet he is willing to work it out as many Americans are. The problem, they really do not want to. So what is the lesson to be learned?
Now they are owed their money. A fact. You have no job, no means of income, out of work. You shouldn't have borrowed in the first place. Well a point but tell that to anyone trying to survive with bigger problems then that. Hey if you have you can say what you want. That is until the shoe fits.
Yet one would think if in my opinion these were the honorable people they claim to be, your neighbors, friends, helping hands, they would work it out. They say they will but in reality, yes remember that reality, meaning real, they do nothing. You see why deal with someone who is not credit worthy and if you are in that condition you are not exactly that. Sot when you look at it from a straight business and money perspective why would they? That is the trap and it is a major one. They hold all the cards and if you have assets well they will come for them and guess what, regardless if that interest they charged you is 40% the judge will side with them. Rhetorically is this about ethics and morality or money? Give me a break.
Also, thanks to the good Senator from NY, no not Hillary, he was an advocate for "responsibility" and changing the bankruptcy law that while still an option is no longer as protective. She just went along with it as Obama did on the interest. Yes thank Mr. Obama, McCain and the rest [as they claim they are not the same, another fabrication in my opinion] for what we all have. Yes their hand in someway in it all from Foreclosures, to usury, to unemployment, to no industry, manufacturing and everything else that has destroyed this nation. Rhetorically one might ask are they truly men of honor and the professors they call and label themselves if they will allow what is transpiring? As I have repeated to no avail my opinion for the "lifelong" party members, the young and indoctrinated and simply the color blind or movement types you walk in the same shoes as them. You are also and accomplice to it all. I say you know a man by his works, what he has done and what he has failed to do, what those works do to people and their lives. I rest my case. It is time for you to form your own opinion.
To think there is not a plan, a purpose and agenda is to, well frankly in my opinion, is unreasonable. In my opinion there will be a change in our monetary system at some point to a uniform currency because it favors big business. We will open exploration because well America has bought the farm. Yes like smaller for more. Yes and Comprehensive Immigration, SPP and everything else will continue along as normal, MOO. You see "Love of neighbor" well only words that hollow believers profess. Love of money and power, well what can one add?
As for me and all of those in my family and circle of friends, we are voting against anyone in either party. Can we do no worse then what we already have? We have had our fill of More tales of deception and lies, why not you? Let them think about that one for a few months and perhaps they just may do something, perhaps? If you like the thought, hey your free choice. After all it is still America, but in my opinion please don't expect any who normally vote party lines, on race or gender or the indoctrinated and certainly those who have to care or to understand. It just will never happen. You must do it if you really want change.
