Liquid vitamins have gained a solid foothold amoung nutrition supplement consumers in the last several years. The pill form of nutrition has been commonplace for many decades and has not come without problems, one being nutrient absorption rates. Another drawback of pill form nutritional supplements is the inconvenience of swallowing handfuls of pills everyday. The most attractive aspect of liquid vitamins (or nutraceuticals in advanced science) is the fact that drinking a liquid is a much easier process. Add in the proven reality of increased nutrient absorption and there really is no comparison. Look at the following numbers; absorption rate for liquid vitamin nutrients - 98% vs. 10-20% for vitamins in pill form. The breakdown process is greatly reduced with liquid vitamins and fits with Mother Nature's state of nutrients are always transported by good old H2O. The convenience of consumption combined with much grearter nutrient uptake statistics is case enough for being a proponent.

Another attractive consideration with liquid vitamins is the advantage of convenience. Liquid vitamins are obviously easier to take than pill vitamins, especially for children or elderly people who may have a problem swallowing pills. Also, liquid vitamins come in a variety of flavors which may be pleasing to some people. Pill vitamins are typically consumed all at once where liquid vitamins can be consumed in small amounts at a time, added to other drinks for flavor variety, and transported to work in one bottle. It is more efficient and effective when taking vitamins gradually and slowly throughout the day rather than taking them all at once, because the body can only use so much of a certain vitamin at one time. By spreading the liquid vitamins out over the course of the day, you can keep a constant flow of vitamins entering your body all day long.

The simplicity of drinking a liquid over swallowing pills attracts alot of health consumers. There are liquid nutraceutical products that contain all the necessary nutrients for cellular energy production. For those who take pill vitamins, they often take numerous different pills in order to get all of the vitamins their body needs each day. These multiple pill bottles in your medicine cabinet, as well as the multiple vitamins that you have to swallow, are eliminated with the simplicity and ease of use of liquid vitamins.

Going hand in hand with the simplicity of liquid vitamins is the cost savings that results from selecting liquid vitamins over pill vitamins. When considering the cost basis of the two choices you have to lean toward the comparative choice of one bottle of a liquid nutraceutical or numerous bottles of pill that also take up space in your cupboards.

Many vitamins essential for your body=s proper functioning can be found in liquid form. These liquid vitamins include Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin C and Vitamin K, among others. As we all need these vitamins in order to take proper take of our bodies, why not get them in the simplest, cheapest, most efficient and cheapest form, liquid vitamins?
