Is having Obama for a president as bad as having a hamburger?

Obama seemed very surprised at the furor over his flipflopping remarks about bringing home the troops from Iraq, if he became president....so apparantly he still doesn't "get it".
He still doesn't understand that his supporters and those who are not his supporters..yet...(no, I'll never be one so don't hold your breath) are hanging on every word that comes out of his mouth. Barack Obama immediately held another conference after reporters made a huge deal about his flip flop comments regarding his stance on when he'd bring home our troops from Iraq. I suppose he felt he had to "back track" and flip flop from his prior flip flopping message.
While Obama would not admit a mistake in describing his views on Iraq, he said he had plenty of room for improvement as a presidential candidate. "One of the things I've always tried to do is learn from mistakes and try to get better," he said. "There is a learning curve and growth being a presidential candidate. I think I'm a much better candidate now than I was six months ago or 12 months ago. I think I'll be a better communicator and even more effective six months from now."
I love how he believes he has plenty of room for improvement and "learns from his mistakes". I don't believe we can afford to have him in the White House as a president..."learning from his mistakes" because he has "room for improvement".
What I want to hear, Obama AND McCain, is ARE YOU GOING TO BRING HOME OUR SOLDIERS get them the HELL out of Iraq? I don't want to hear a maybe....or months down the road from the time either one of them step into the front door of the White House....our soldiers need to be pulled out of a country where there will never be resolved peace, where there will always be killings and where their religious beliefs will always run on the fanatic side. So long as we keep our hands in the honey jar, that country is going to bleed us absolutely dry financially and I just believe our money can be spent on our own people especially during these economic hard times!
Americans are losing jobs....their homes....gas/oil is out of control and the rich just keep getting richer off the sweat, blood and tears from the middle class and the poor continue to get worse every day that passes. I'm frankly sick of watching the oil fat cats raking in billions of dollars in profits while a good majority of Americans are hurting..being forced out of their homes and onto the streets because of greedy people who have invested in oil. It's disgusting. Our government is wasting billions of dollars in a country that is causing a huge death toll to our soldiers. That "shock and awe" idea has long since puttered out and I believe most of the american people are weary and tired of hearing about soldiers being killed on a daily basis and hearing how much money is being spent on the war in Iraq. We were suppose to have just gone in...wiped out whatever and gotten the hell out. What happened to that original idea? It seems to me that no matter where we military go, we seem to be there forever instead of just going in...doing the job and getting the hell out. I still recall Bosnia back when I was serving my country in the military! Here it is 2008 and we still have troops in Bosnia when, originally, we were just going in there to "help". Well, we "helped" and yet, years later....we're still there!
I'm not interested in either presidential candidate if they can't tell me definitely what they have planned for war weary soldiers who want to come home and get the hell out of Iraq. Ending that damned war and helping fix our economy is all that I'm interested in so, I suggest both candidates "get it" and stop changing their ideas and plans just so they can tell Americans what they supposedly want to hear. With high cholesterol, I need either Obama or McCain like I need a McDonalds' hamburger! NOT.
