This is just another in a series of articles concerning Florida and how it functions, as stated by those people in state government. Hey you shall now them by their works what they have done and what they have failed to do. Well it goes for Local Governments, State and yes certainly the National government as well as business, politicians and people.

Since many are now finding this out first hand I thought I'd do a follow up on my earlier article concerning credit card debt collection practices with real life experiences I am sure many of you have had similar exposure to. You see that friendly collector will talk real nice to you when they call every day. Keep this in mind they are not your friend, they are only doing their job, period. No more no less. Your circumstances do not matter what don't count regardless of how nice they sound.

So getting back to my neighbor, yes the same one that tried to work it out with that friendly banker concerning his mortgage, had a collector call today to make him a settlement. Pay X amount, ½ now and it's a done deal. You save 1/2 of what you owe. Wow great deal right? This collector said he worked for the bank, who knows? Yet if you couldn't pay that $75.00 a month payment what makes these people think you have $2,500.00 to pay out? Don't worry it is just the way they think. He basically made another different offer then the one he got just the day before and in the process even smoothly implied that banks can go after spouses for a spouses "unsecured debt. That is in the State of Florida and all the while saying that's not to say they would but it is reality. At which point my neighbor asked, is that a threat and he said no I'm just stating reality, are we children? So my friend stated, well I guess what your saying is in order to protect my family I have no option but Chapter 7 bankruptcy because my home is worth less then I owe, my car the same, I have no money in the bank, I haven't paid my electric bill, etc, etc, etc and no threat just reality. To which point the line went dead.

Yes and all this taking place in the Bible belt, home of the professors in God. Well according to this state and I don't know if true, but alleged,  they can go after the spouse even though it isn't her debt. Nice guys right. Make a deal with you go after someone else. The federal Government says its unsecured, send them a cease letter R.R.R. immediately to stop any and all efforts top collect from ones spouse. Who is right no one knows, does anyone. Does it matter? Yes they will throw you in the street, period and those same types many of you vote for will applaud them. In my opinion Birds of a Feather, all.

So my neighbor being like me, sat down and did the following, depending on the type of bank and state [in this case Florida] he called and reported them to the following agencies.

Here in Florida these are the numbers. You may have different ones.

1- The FTC 1-202-326-3761

2- The Office of Financial Regulation 1-800848- 3793

3- Comptroller of the Currency 1-800-613-6743

4- The FDIC 1-877-275-3342

5-  O.T.S. -1-800-842-6929

He also called the State of Florida Attorney General's Office who supplied the above numbers. They could do nothing for him. He called the department of Agriculture and Department of Financial Regulation, and Consumers Affairs, all helpless in Florida. There are some protections under the Fair Debt Collection Act, don't get too excited, I said some.

Furthermore he called legislators at the state and national levels, why, because they are the ones who write the bills, create what is in my opinion blatant sin. Yes even while they stand before us and espouse love of us as fellow Americans and God. You shall know them by their works, what they have done or failed to do.

Now understand this person is not running rom his debt he is just asking how can he pay it back honorably in a fair and equitable way when his income statement shows a negative? He was offered a year but he does not know if he can even pay the amount they want him to. So what is the answer, destroy him and yes his family more? That really solves the issue. Create stress, sickness, harassment, is that an answer? Yes these men of honor and those who concur. Yes for "unsecured debt, no collateral required" evidently a lie? They have all kinds of legal recourse according to "our" legislators. Yes they get a tax write off and still pursue you to the grave and beyond. Tell me you agree and then if you do, think hard about who you profess you are and what you profess to be and who you really are by fact?.

So at least here in Florida we know where average citizens stand. I care not what they profess, how they look, their words, hollow and empty in my opinion. Just look at their works. Usury and take, crush and destroy, discard and throw away. Yes praise God, see you at church and oh by the way God Bless America, where is my pin? Yes, I call it no more then sin and darkness. Yes Mr. Obama who speaks of love and God and yes Mr..McCain,  you as well who have allowed this, condone it, yes you. Like Mr. Obama said how can you disavow it all?  Yes you and your allies, peers in your heart of hearts cannot run. Yes you can get mad, defensive, angry but you know something you cannot hide the truth. Your really cannot deny what is right before us happening by fact. You can change it now, but you haven't and you won't. In my opinion you will always point the blame elsewhere rather then lead and do. It is the works of your hands, the fruit of your labor and your allies and it is as I have stated, fact. Your deeds, works, failures.  Yes in what you have done and yes what you have failed to do.

Yes Mr. Governor and Florida Representatives, the same. Here before you are the facts, the truth of what it truly is or, yes possible those who you have given the responsibility to run this state don't know what they are talking about, giving false information, half truth, yes possible? However, if not true then you Mr. Christ are due an apology, but if true, well what can one say? It is after all the fruit of your labor. The rest, well they can run but they can't hide from it all.

Yes and while the "experts" say don't worry about the jobless figure, its just an adjustment and while  a large major company lays off 16,200 more to adjust for the economy and GM thinks about some more office worker cut backs, how many more will we experience the same tale of woe?
Just what does it take for people to wake up? Evidently the elite are correct when they call us no more then cattle, in my opinion we sure as hell act like them.

Do you really think America is at the center of their heart? Do you really think God is at the core of their belief? I'll leave off with that.
