I have always heard don’t knock something till you have actually given it a try. I have been doing some research on natural uses of Apple Cider Vinegar, and have read many articles about the Apple Vinegar Diet. So, I have been giving the diet a try for the last two weeks, and so far it has worked for me. I have lost ten pounds, and I am happy with the results.
The directions for the diet are as follows:
Take two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (Preferably Mother’s Vinegar) before each meal. The Mother’s Vinegar has not been put through the purification processes such as Heinz. The presence of the mother shows that the best part of the apple has not been destroyed. Vinegars containing the mother contain enzymes and minerals that other vinegars may not contain due to over processing, filtration and overheating. Be certain that you don’t purchase Heinz Vinegar for use with your diet, the active ingredients of the Mother have been removed and will not be as effective as the unfiltered vinegar. I tried the Heinz for two weeks and it didn't work for me.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been said to have more medicinal uses:
- It has been said to help sore throats.
- Cure the pain of mosquito bites.
- Relieve body aches and pain.
- It is also an effective treatment for chronic heartburn.
- I have had GERD for the last fifteen years and I have been using a very popular purple pill for treatment this length of time. Now, at the first sign of heartburn I take two spoons of Mother’s Apple Cider Vinegar, and the pain goes away.
So is the Apple Cider Vinegar diet fact or fluff? I would have to say it has worked for me Give it a try and see what you think.
I also challenge you, do some research on the Internet for other medicinal uses of Apple Cider Vinegar. You will find your study very interesting.
