This question has been waged since the 7th century.

According to the Bible, only those
1. having believed enough in Jesus to have called on Him as their personal Saviour from sin
2. and have received the changed heart from God
will be amongst those in Heaven.

Both of the above must have occured.  A person who sincerely calls on Jesus as Saviour, but did not get the change, which is the proof of being saved, is so far not saved.

We could go into all the Bible verses that deal with this, but this is not the question.  We are concerned about whether Muslims will go to Heaven.

Belonging to a religious group of any kind, including Christian, does not afford one entrance into heaven.  So it is silly to ask if membership in a religious group will gain Heaven.

Lets look at this from another direction.  A person can be saved and a member of the Muslim religion.  Membership does not mean this person believes Muslim doctrine.  Yet, if this person subscribes to the Muslim belief system, he or she is probably not saved, since Muslim doctrine (not necessarily the belief of individuals in the Muslim religion) does not look to Jesus as Saviour.

Can you see it is the condition of the individual's heart that matters, not the religious group he or she hangs around with.  Not everyone in the Muslim group believes every tenent of the Muslim doctrine.  Total belief in Muslim doctrine means Jesus is not accepted as Saviour and therefore salvation is not possible, but this is on a heart by heart basis.

There is not more than one path to Heaven.  That single path is ...
1. having believed enough in Jesus to have called on Him as personal Saviour from sin
2. and have received the changed heart from God

By the way, no other book but the Bible promises the changed heart.  Many other books warn that individuals must change themselves.  Even the Bible encourages this.  But only the Bible promises that the changed heart, born again condition, will originate and be executed by God without help from the individual.  This is the proof that salvation has occured.

There is not a person on the entire planet, who would not want God to come in and make a huge change in their life.  Even if a person does not believe in God, if it was true that God makes changes, even that person would want it.

Have you received the changed heart?
Yes
No
Don't Know

You should take a look at what it takes to be saved, born again.  We are not asking you to be born again, nor are we asking you do some religious act, we are not even asking you to believe that it is even true.  We are asking you to just see what it takes, what would it hurt to just see it?  Besides no one is looking.  It is just the 3 of you: you, monitor and keyboard.
