Slowly drifting off to sleep
My mind wanders aimlessly as I start to dream
A beautiful place in my dreams appears
A mountain meadow full of wildlife and beauty
Deer and Elk grazing not taking notice
Wild flowers softly swaying in the breeze
My mind drifts further into the night
My dreams seem so real its such a delight
The sounds of an owl screeching into the night
The coyote howling at the moon
Brings a shiver to my spine
The further I drift into my dream
I sense you are near in my dream tonight
Your essence of beauty your soft tender touch
I dream you are here in my arms tonight
Watching the stars listening to the sounds of the night
The moon is full it is so bright
Lighting the night a wonderful sight
The leaves on the trees whispering in the breeze
As the deer and the elk frolic in the night
