Take a walk with me through the recesses of your heart and soul, and find what is lurking inside of you. Today, embark on a journey of self discovery, to become who you truly already are, and to let go of those parts of yourself you no longer need.
This is where your journey begins, if you will walk with me, the journey of self discovery.
You can let go of the things you do not want nor need in your life.
The best way to do this is to release yourself from the things that interfere with moving in a positive direction toward the things you truly need, and eventually, on to the things you truly want.
RELEASES:
* I release myself from guilt for the things I have not done.
* I release myself from defending myself and others for things that need no defense.
* I release myself from worrying about what others think of me more than I care what I think of myself.
* I release myself from trying to please everyone except me.
* I release myself from being responsible for anyone else's happiness or sadness.
* I release myself from trying to control things for which I am not supposed to have control
* I release myself from other's lies and deceptions, and will not let them taint my views.
* I release myself from gossip and innuendo, which never has served any real purpose in anyone's life.
* I release myself from having expectations, of myself or others, for people simply ARE who and what they are, and there should never be any expectations - only desires, and you surround yourself with those who fulfill your desires, not those who attempt to live up to expectations.
* I release myself from any residual pain, anger, resentment, fear, worry, concern, or other negatively influencing emotion that is a result from a past experience for which I cannot change nor do anything about.
* Those things for which I can change, I will change, and the things I cannot, I will make amends.
* Where I cannot make amends, I will simply make apologies, and then release myself and move forward.
* I release myself to be who I am, and who I want to be, and who I am becoming, instead of staying or reverting back to who I was, or who others have or do expect me to be.
* I release me.
The next step in the process, after releasing yourself from the things that hold you back and opening yourself up to the possibility of becoming who you are and who you will be, is to discover about yourself those things that already exist which you do not want to release and which you do not want to change.
Positive affirmations, if you will, of the things about yourself that either you already believe, or that you want to believe about yourself. State these things as though they are already real, already part of you, already who you are, because the only way you can become these things is if you already believe that you are, or at the very least, that the potential to BE these things is already alive inside of you.
