| I am so sick and tired of these two buffoons. McCain is working his rear off to make Obama look like a childish neophyte while Obama is working his off to look like an elder statesman. I just want to barf.
Do they not get what We the People are concerned about? Do they not understand that it is "the economy stupid?" Do they not understand that banks are teetering on the brink of collapse and that people are losing their homes and that the country is dependent on a bunch of ragtag countries with oil beneath their shores?
We need a long term energy policy. We need a long term financial policy with regard to credit. We need one of these political animals to stop growling at the other one long enough to stop and talk about what is meaningful to the voters, the citizens, even the illegals for crying out loud.
The political gamesmanship that these two presidential wanna-bes are engaged in is so disconnected from reality that it is truly hard to believe that we want either one in the White House. If they are going to be this clueless after the first of the year, then we might as well keep old George up thar.
This is a call out to John McCain and Barack Obama. If you want to separate yourself from the other guy, QUIT TALKING ABOUT THE OTHER GUY ALL THE TIME AND TALK ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FIX THE MESS WE'RE IN.
If neither of you can do that, then I must assume that neither of you has a cookin' clue how to fix the problems. I must assume that you don't have any answers. I must assume that you are as dense as the ones up there now.
I ask you, no I BEG you to explain what needs to be done and to:
- BE SPECIFIC IN NAMING THE PROBLEMS
- BE SPECIFIC IN OUTLINING THE SOLUTIONS
- BE SPECIFIC IN THE ROLES THAT EVERYONE FROM GOVERNMENT TO BUSINESS TO THE AVERAGE "JOE" NEEDS TO PLAY
- BE ENCOURAGING
- BE POSITIVE
- BE OPTOMISITC
- BE FAIR
And for the love of God stop tossing dirt clods at the other guy. I remember throwing dirt clods as a kid and I remember how dirty my own hands got and how the dirt would fall down on me as I winged one at my buddies. I always ended up just as dirty as they did.
John McCain and Barack Obama, you two maroons are not making any of us feel any better about the mess this country is in or about our future here. Our President isn't making any speeches about it, he isn't demonstrating any leadership. HELLO!?! There's a leadership vacuum here, anyone care to fill it?
