Food, Smoking, Pills, Internet, Drugs, Sex, Alcohol, Gambling...

You name it, if it's done in excess or causes you problems, you might want to take a look at it. Although, you may not want to.

Perhaps you feel as though it's an insurmountable task to face and as long as you can function and support your habit everything's okay. Truth be told, that's okay with us too...after all we are huge advocates of self-responsibility. In the meantime, we do recommend an attempt at turning 12 Step Into 1...

HISTORICALLY

12 step programs are tried and true. They address the addiction with time proven methods that work if and this is a big if---you are totally committed and have some serious time to spend working the program. In today's world, most of us don't have the time or focus it takes to work the program but still want a solution and relief. No need to fret, all you need to do to get rolling is "Just Say HU - HU Therapy." "Just Say HU" Therapy speaks for itself---the proof is in the pudding or in this case, the Solution is in the Sound of HU.

JUST SAY HU - HU THERAPY HU therapy uses an ancient toning technique that has all but been forgotten and goes back approximately 16,000 years to the dawn of the Egyptian civilization. Many cultures and ancient civilizations used it for curing a variety of ills. Today, we have brought it back as a tool to combat addictions because it works so fast that it's almost unbelievable. The HU retunes your central-nervous-system just like tuning a piano. Quantum physics states that everything in the universe vibrates at its own particular frequency, known as a quantum signature. The HU alters that frequency. When we HU, we harmonize our atoms. This releases us from the negative vibrations such as addiction, anger, fear, depression or tension. Sound addresses the problem at a sub-atomic level and brings rest and relief.

HOW TO SILENCE THE ADDICTION (Play the Tape Technique) That addiction is calling your name. You can almost taste and feel the familiar exhilaration that awaits you. Memories of the "good times" flood your mind. Life seems boring without it! STOP! Do yourself a big favor and Fast forward the "good times" tape to the end. If you give in to your addiction, tomorrow you will feel like hell, probably be broke, disgusted with yourself and still looking for a way to quit! It is not a pretty picture when you roll the footage to its natural conclusion. That's the illusion of addiction---escape now and pay later. The price tag on later keeps going up and up! Ask yourself--are you willing to pay the final price? This technique is great for gaining an instant overview on your situation while grounding you so that you can see clearly the outcome of your actions. Be sure to use this technique to silence the demons of addiction when they are painting a pretty picture for a fun-filled time.

HOW TO COMBAT CRAVINGS (Frequency Technique) The cravings will come and go. Sometimes, it takes a lifetime to master them. The important thing to remember here is ---- wherever you are when the craving strikes---Begin to HU and it will change the frequency of the craving within you. This in turn impacts the electro magnetic field surrounding you and strengthens the field.

You will immediately feel the craving subside! We call this technique---HU in a pinch! You can do it inwardly (silently) or softly all day long whenever a craving strikes. You will notice that the frequency of the cravings will begin to lessen and pretty soon---you feel in control and NO longer at the mercy of the cravings.

-Inhale

-Exhale while saying HU (hue) like HUUUUUU

-Repeat Do this for 1-20 minutes, add it to your daily routine.

The results will be swift and surprising.

H OW TO GAUGE YOUR PROGRESS (Dream Tracking Technique) The final question is "How am I doing?" In other words, how do I track my progress? It's as easy as---Just sleep on it. Your dreams contain a daily progress report. As you begin to HU, you will begin to remember your dreams. They will show you the problem and the solution all in one dream. At first, you may be experiencing "using dreams," (even with food) but this will change as time goes on. It's important to journal the dreams every day and review them once a month. This review will show you a thread of unity and a theme running through the dreams. Also, the dreams will take on meaning when reviewed in retrospect. This technique will assist you in working through your habits quickly and efficiently when coupled with "Just Say HU" Therapy.
