ou look across the restaurant, the corporate office or perhaps you just opened the latest magazine and you see what looks like the  ‘perfect life'.

Suddenly you feel insecure, and perhaps, a little jealous and resentful.

Someone else appears to have the ideal relationship, plenty of money, and opportunity while you struggle to keep your head above water.

Be careful. Wanting something for your life is a very different vibration from feeling that life is unfair, and many people tend to confuse these two motivators.

Some people are motivated by the positive side of desire and ambition and even the pressure of life's challenges.  Others are overwhelmed and angered by the idea of change or reaching beyond what they feel is possible or probable for them.

Feelings of jealousy, resentment, even greed or hatred, are incredibly common in even the smallest, mundane situations.  The thing is, that most people don't recognize that they're emoting this energy into their world. Neither do they realize what it attracts for them. They see something, they react and they rationalize their emotional reaction.  Then they move on without realizing the impact they've just had on their world.

If you use TruAwareness, a process I developed that heightens your intuition, and gives you insight and clarity into what you're feeling and why, then you have the perfect tool for deeper awareness as well as an easier path beyond limiting beliefs and emotions.

Feeling these limiting emotions doesn't necessarily mean you're a bad person. They are, however, a spiritual call for you to do 4 things:

Develop a Clearer Awareness of How You're Creating Your Current Life

Excerpt from All You've Ever Known, the Way In to Your Authentic Self Lies in Your Own Two Hands:

"Consciously Creating with TruAwareness
There is far more to consciously creating than just eliminating a derailed belief system. Finding and removing beliefs out of alignment with the truth will add rocket fuel to your conscious creative efforts. But we have to do more than that.

We are human beings, which means we are always "being" something. We have an intrinsic need to consciously identify with who we really are according to Universal truth. This means we must consciously choose what we want to experience all the time."         © 2007     *end of excerpt*

When you're quietly motivated by envy, you can't hear Divine Guidance accurately.  Why? Because in the moment you feel jealous or envious, you abandon your true self.  Your focus is no longer on you, your path or how to make your dreams come true.  Instead, you leave yourself behind to chase something externally and quietly ruminate on your perceived inadequacies.

Connecting with desire is uplifting and creative.  But jealousy is a vibe that diminishes your Self and will literally eat you alive. It keeps you from the things you want most in life.

How do you feel when you think about your goals and desires?  Uplifted?  Or diminished and afraid?

Take a moment to see how you feel when you see others' success?

Some notice they feel that 'life is unfair'.  If you find this in your reaction, be grateful for the awareness and then let that idea go.

Within the idea that 'life is unfair' is the thought 'I can't'.  And you don't want to send that out into the world.

When you feel or emote, you're broadcasting your thoughts and beliefs out into the Universe and they will return to you in the form of experience.  Take time to look at the challenges in your life to become aware of how you're reacting to them, particularly your quieter, more subtle reactions.

As an empath I assure you that most people, particularly smart, beautifully intelligent people with brilliant minds are totally unaware of many of their own thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

Because of the challenges you have in your life, you have to carve a few moments in your day to remind yourself what it is you really want in life.

There are many techniques for helping you with this.  There are vision folders, affirmations, goal writing, success coaches, mastermind groups and many others.  I like to use the powerful, psychic and magical moments just before falling asleep at night or in the morning before I'm fully awake.

I tune in and connect with the dreams of my soul, my life's purpose, seeing them, with gratitude, as already done.

Because of the challenges you face in your life today, don't disregard your deeper desires.  They are a calling from your soul, your Authentic Self, that connects you to your life purpose - and all 3 of these things need be expressed.

Steer clear of the idea that somehow sacrificing your dreams is a good idea.  Honor your priorities in your life, but also make room for your dreams.

I read for a woman a few years ago who had achieved astounding success in almost every area of her life.  When we sat down together, one of her primary questions was wanting to know why her mother had been angry all of her life.  "Our relationship is complicated and sad," she said. "She's always seemed angry and unhappy and I can't shake the guilt that it's because of me, somehow."

As I looked at the Mom's energy, I saw a familiar scene. A woman who didn't take responsibility for the choices she'd made or what she wanted in life and how to make it happen and so resented her children because of it.

One of the most amazing gifts you can give to your children is the example of honoring your priorities and your dreams. So they will one day find the freedom to do the same.

Don't worry about the people you see who seem to have ‘easy' success.  As a psychic I can tell you that their lives are a lot more complicated than you realize. Not everyone chooses a life of equal challenge or difficulty, that's true.  But success is not indicative of an easier or more difficult life path.  When you see success, learn from it however you can.

Owning your dreams and desires will connect you with authentic power and happiness, and you'll connect with Divine Guidance about what your best next steps are for creating your ideal life.  Not to mention it's an instant cure for jealousy, and a path to inner peace.
