In business, computations play a major part. Calculators and thick files for records were used to track down company's history and present development. It's a basic and traditional practice. It includes accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable and trial balance. Instead of storing manually your data in a record book, we can now make a file through our system.

Accounting software can be purchase or developed by our in-house computers experts. Each user will be given a username and password to access it. Only authorize personnel can open and use the system. There are also computer commands and steps that the users need to know. So, the company provides orientation and training at these aspects. The system is user friendly. So, it can be easy to understand and master the procedures. It's just chose the specific command and click.

This system increases our accounting department's productivity. It creates customer friendly invoices. Making a payroll is now easy to track employee's time record and profitability and be delivered on time. Tracking service history and inventory were now possible. Building employees' accountability in the system are just a few clicks away. Making daily/weekly/monthly reports were now time saving. This system is efficient that increases the employees and customer satisfaction.

Accounting information system is not only for professionals. Non-accountant may use this product. They can use it to prepare their own books. The disadvantage of non-accountants using this software is that they are not properly equipped with knowledge about accounting function modules. Recording and interpretation of the software are in accounting language. The need for systems accountant is desirable. They can device commands that are easy to understand by non-accountant users. The role of the systems accountant is important. They should monitor, develop and maintain the integrity of data in the system.

Increasing dominance of having financial accounts in different companies makes the accounting software high in demand. There different software that matches to our business needs. Different software caters to different business size and needs. There are specific needs for banking, construction, medical, nonprofit and point of sale in retail. There are companies that outsource financial solutions. These companies need a large software application to do their function. They install, customize and provide supports to their clients.

Accounting software are quick to install, simple to maintain and easy to use. They are now part of the companies' necessity. They are serves as the backbone of the company. Without them, the business will be a failure.
