When I started my guide service after winning the 98 Big Bass World Championship, fishing was fun!!
I suppose if I had lied from the beginning, and not told the truth about the size and the number of bass I caught in the Delmarva region, then nobody would have been jealous or worried about losing business to me, and none of the things that happened in the last 5 years would have ever occured.
The one thing I have learned from this whole experience of bass fishing for a living is this:
1) NEVER trust anyone with your business or your money!
2) NEVER believe a word you hear from someone on the internet!
3) NEVER help another bass angler with techniques or locations.
4) Don't take any pictures or videos of the fish you catch.Just remember them for yourself.
5) Did I say DON'T TRUST ANYONE???
Steve vonBrandt is retired, not deceased. This was another attempt by unscrupulous hackers, breaking into his accounts, trying to ruin his reputation and humiliate him. He can not keep up with all the attempts by these people to harass him, so he is giving up trying at this point. He thanks all the readers for their support.
