There's one main reason why most people don't follow a regular cardio program. It's tedious!

Even if you are super motivated to lose fat, you probably wont stick with any cardio routine if it is a chore and you fear doing it. A weight loss lifting program is fun, different, and will have you seeing bigger results than cardio exclusively. Not only that, there's a huge number of other benefits to be gained from beginning a weight lifting program.

One big reason to start a weight training routine is that it raises your metabolism. The higher your metabolic rate, the more calories your body will burn while resting. That's right, even when you are sleeping your body is burning calories. Weight lifting will also increase your lean muscle mass which, besides making you look lean, burns more calories than fat.

A good weight loss lifting program will also provide you with more energy, improved posture, and put you in an better mood. These great benefits are often overlooked. If you have more energy and are feeling good about yourself, it is more likely that you will maintain your training. This all leads to increased motivation and improved results and progress.

Instead of fearing doing your daily cardio routines, how about adding something new? A weight loss lifting program will enhance your mood, increase your energy, boost your metabolism, and have you feeling tremendous and looking better than ever.
