We may not know everything about women but we do know this: if a guy that she finds even somewhat attractive is charming, she is even more likely to fall head over heals. Here are several idioms and Spanish love sayings that will put her attention on you.

We might add that people can see through insincerity. So be careful. On the guys side - some of these might sound cheesy. Well, the truth is women like cheese.

Here they are with their explanations.

perder la cabeza - fall madly in love This is an idiom that you might say about someone else. Just like in English there aren't many situations that you might say to someone else, "I've fallen madly in love with you." If you do... well, just don't.

ponerse de novio - to have a relationship Here is another idiom. This one you could use to describe another person that is starting to get serious about a girl/boy, or you could use it to talk to your girlfriend/boyfriend to see about taking your relationship to the next level.

Eres una persona muy bonita. - You're a beautiful person. This is a phrase that will get a girl going. If you're in a romantic setting and you're talking about how you like to spend time with her because...she's a beautiful person, and ....(give other reasons), that will get her attention. Girls/Women like to be told by someone they find charming/attractive why they're attractive. The same in Spanish.

Estás muy linda. - You look very pretty. If you are picking up your date for a more expensive dinner, she probably took some time to primp herself up a little. They like it when guys notice the effort they take to be pretty. In this case you could use the phrase, "You look very pretty." That will win you some points.

Me gusta estar contigo, me haces sonreír.  - I like being with you. You make me smile. Back to what we mentioned before about women liking to be told "why" they are pretty, or liked, here is another reason you can give them. "me gusta estar contigo porque(because) me haces sonreír.

Cuando estoy contigo, estoy más feliz. - I'm happier when I'm around you. Another reason to give your significant other for liking them, is because "I'm happier when I'm around you."

Me gusta tu vestido, enfatiza más el azul bonito que está tus ojos. - I like the way your dress brings the blue out in your eyes. To most guys this one will sound cheesy, but have you ever paid attention to the chick flicks that girls and women love to watch? If you complement them when they've dressed up for the evening (not just a casual date but a fine dinner etc...), they love to know that you noticed. This phrase and others like it are definitely guaranteed winners!
