There are two types of loner in the world, the first are happy, the second are sad and lonely, in this article I will write about people who are happy to be a loner.

Many people think that society dictates that each and everyone of us should be socialable and have a lot of friends. We should have a partner in life with children. All of these can however provide their own problems as people tend to let us down. Not every person strives for this type of busy existance and instead crave for the quiet life.

Dave is a loner who lives in Paignton, Devon. This is an area on the South West coast of England. He is a carefree thirty-eight year old man who does not care what other people think of him. Both of his parents have sadly passed away, Dave has a sister but she emigrated to Australia ten years ago. In his time Dave has had plenty of friends but after a while became annoyed at their back stabbing and the way in which they lived their lives. They were far too concerned with money, image and getting e.drunk for Dave's liking.

A few years ago Dave decided to move to live in Devon to get away from these people who he saw as a bad influence on his life. He now lives a fairly solitary lifestyle even though he does talk to his neighbours from time to time.

Dave earns a living from selling items on the auction website ebay, he does not make a great deal from doing this but it is certainly enough to keep him fed and watered.

On a typical morning Dave will wake up at around eight in the morning. He will usually go to the toilet and will clean his teeth before returning to bed to watch the television.

At about ten o'clock Dave will get up and have a shower, he then walks to the local shops to buy a newspaper. He will then read the paper on a local bench which over looks the sea. He is no particular rush to return home and can sit there for hours watching the boats sail by.

After eating a light lunch Dave will then turn on his computer at around one in the afternoon. He will then check on his auctions and possibly add a few more on to list.

Dave then goes for another walk this time to the beach, basically just to gain some fresh air and for the exercise.

On the evening Dave settles down to watch the soaps on the television and may have a couple of beers whilst doing so.

Dave says that each day is very peaceful and relaxed, he is more than happy with his lifestyle.
