Whatever business you own, whether it is just starting or is already going strong, you still resort to many advertising tricks just so you will be able to land valuable leads. All your marketing strategies, from postcards to poster printing, offset printing, TV ads or radio, will not deliver what they are supposed to if you won't capture the attention of the right people.

While other business people resort to cold calling to find leads, this is not the easiest or an effective route to go. This may even feel like a torture for you and for the people you are calling. Nobody wants to be persuaded into something they are not prepared to listen to. And it might also be uncomfortable for the person and for you to keep the conversation flowing even if the other party is no longer interested with what's being presented and the manner in which this is being done.

So what other options do you have to arrive at good leads without ever picking up the phone to say hello to a complete stranger?

1.    Take advantage of offset printing and avail affordable advertising mediums. You have a lot of options in this regard. You can start with business cards and have them distributed to the right people. You can also opt for direct mailing pieces like postcards, brochures or catalogs. You can even go large format and have posters contain your marketing message.

2.    Give out tips. If your attention is being caught by the many different tips made available for you, you can also use the technique to catch the attention of your target market. You can do this in whatever advertisement form you may want to use to advance with your ventures. Just make sure that the tips will be useful to your target audience. Make them hold onto your materials and not only look at them and may later decide to throw them out.

3.    Give out impressive headlines. Headlines can easily capture the eyes. And you can play with different styles with regards to this. You can shock your audience. You can make them laugh. You can make them sad to the point that they will read the whole ad to understand the point. You can use wittiness to advance with your goals. You can also use jokes or gullibility to make your audience want to know more about what you are saying.

4.    Capture the market with the kind of design that will appeal to them. You will gain knowledge about what to include in the arena once you have completed market analysis. And the design must also suit the event or the promotion that you are having. This way, you won't alienate your audience. They will feel like the ads are really meant for them. And there will be higher chances that they will appreciate all the effort and may decide to support you.

When you apply these tips on the materials that you will be using for marketing purposes, you will surely gain the right leads. This is especially true if you will use the kind of materials processed through offset printing to assure you the kind of quality that you want for your tools.
