Jumping stilts built on the notion of walking stilts, giving you the ability to walk and run heightened above your normal height. The mega difference is that Jumping Stilts use fiberglass springs, resulting in a colossal jump upwards or forwards. It converts the outside ground around your house in to a small trampolines.

After you received your jumping stilts, and before you even experiment your jumping stilts, it is always recommended to embrace safety instructions and cautionary measures. There is a number of different ways to be safe when it comes to using Jumping Stilts:



  1. Always wear a helmet. No matter how much you learn and improve to navigate your jumping stilts, it is always wise to wear the helmet at all times. Jumping Stilts are defined as recreational sport, however it is viewed as extreme sports! And keep in mind to get a proper safety helmet, size, harness adjustability and quality.


  2. The jumping stilts will permit you to bounce around, run, leap, and jump. So, make sure to wear elbow and wrist guards that strap around. This will shiled your arms and wrist in the situation of falling; which will happen multiple times , especially in the beginning.


  3. The next things you are going to require are shin guards. These are guards will protect your knees, and they are strapped around them. The shins will make it so the jumping stilts fit a little bit tighter, and on the health safety part, they guard your knees from being impaired when you are running and jumping around for hours. The safety gear can be purchased t any sporting goods store or Target. These are the fundamental things that you are going to need to get up these jumping stilts. Make sure to take all of the safety instructions and safety gear seriously, since unseemly gearing and usage can cause serious injuries.




Do Stilts Help You Exercise?



Someone who uses Jumping Stilts will get to know, that they truly utilize top amount of energy. It involves some striving just to stand in stilts, walking and running generate outstanding. Some statistics show that, you can possibly burn approximately 500 to 600 calories per hour, conditioned by your ability to navigate the stilts and move around competently.

The superlative quality about the stilts, is that it will give you enormous joy, satisfaction and fun time. The stilts will replace the regular exercises, like walking or jogging, and will create much more fun doing it!

Tips for Using Jumping Stilts:



  1. For many people who are on the regular basic exercise regiment, the stilts will be a basal transition. For those who are not routinely exercising, it may take some time to embrace the stilts.


  2. To accomplish the learning of moving around in them it is the best to get assistance from a friend or someone who already utlizies the stilts on the regular basis, for support in the beginning step of your training.


  3. For many people, running straight is quite safe as long as you stay along the pavement.


  4. At all times to wear a helmet, knee, wrist and elbow pads for your safety.



These new (not so new in Europe, though) and remarkable jumping stilts will allow you to jump high, leap and walk in the way you could not imagine before! It gives a brand new meaning to the extreme sports! Use responsibly!
