Sarah Palin - A Gun Toting Beauty Queen?

One of the hottest topics online these days has revolved around Senator John McCain's VP candidate, Sarah Palin. Among other things there has been a flood of people searching the Internet for "hot" photos of Sarah, clad, scantly clad, or unclad.

Sadly, there are individuals out there who will go beyond the extreme by means of political satire to malign or otherwise taint someone's character. This is especially true whenever you are dealing with a political figure (no pun intended) such as Sarah Palin.

In researching the above photo, which was originally posted on a private Facebook page and has been posted all over the Internet, I came across some interesting information wherein it is claimed that the above picture is, in fact, a hoax. Apparently, the original photograph included a model by the name of "Elizabeth", that was taken somewhere in Georgia in 2006. See the picture below...

Don't be deceived. The face of Sarah Palin (above) has obviously been superimposed over the previous image of the model "Elizabeth".

You can help expose the deception by posting your articles at SearchWarp. Become an author today... it's free.

Oh rats, I knew it was too good to true!! :-) But I still say she would look nice in a bikini. Personally, I would not condemn her for it or nor would I say it would disqualify her from being vice president. People wear bathing suits all the time at the beach. It's no big deal. It's not immoral or anything, in my opinion. If someone wants to have their mind in the gutter, that's on them.

I agree with you, Terry. But, I think it is the rifle that people find just a wee bit intimidating. Thanks for your comments.

HI Mark,

People are mean and cruel and they will tear people up with vicious rumors and pictures, then spit them out as if they were nothing. Leaving in the wake of their nasty behavior bad images of that person in everyones  minds. Thus as human beings we judge a person based on those rumors and 99% of the time they are nothing but lies. Thank you for writing this article, the lies need to be exposed and the truth needs to be told. GREAT ARTICLE.

P.S. After we spoke yesterday, I prayed for you. I hope your feeling better. Love you.

Hi Michelle, Yes, we must keep an eye on the things that people pass off for "truth". I love you too.

Everyone is missing the point, In Georgia the average man would consider the gun much more tractive than any woman. Some of you might think that the picture was doctored to smear Mrs.Palin, but in some parts of our country there ain't nothing more shirfire to get a vote, than posing with a fully automatic weapon.
Don't stop the distribution of this photo it's probably good for a few million votes.
Trust me those people that are upset at this photo wernt going to vote for the Republicans anyway.
Signed

Well, thanks Red. I had considered the observation that you noted. But, I was afraid that if we encouraged we be deluged by photos of the oddest sort. Gramma gun toter, infant gun toter, cow gun toter... hmmm. Thanks for your comments, Jeff. And, by the way, congratulations on the soar in your ranking yesterday. You completely skipped over the blue star rank. Way to go. I always look forward to reading your articles.

My goodness. This is gone on far enough. I made the image this Saturday afternoon, posted it to my Facebook blog and it took off like wildfire. I wrote below the image that this was completely Photoshopped, and had no intention of spreading false rumors. I'm not that great of a photo editor if you haven't already noticed. If anyone wants to discuss this further with me, let me know.

Dear Culprit, I can understand having a little fun with pics. I do the same thing at times. And that is not the problem. The problem is what people have done with the image that you were playing with. I bet you never imagined that it would become an international topic. Hope to hear back from you, because I would like to write an article on your story about what happened.

My Goodness Me!

Thanks for opening up my eyes to this disgraceful abuse of photography and self-decency in an otherwise unblemished electoral effort!

But hey Mr Parsec (who has simply clicked on every author in Searchwarp and joined their fan club) I can guarantee that you have never read any of my articles and in-fact don't even know who I am - because 1 second after you joined my fan club you signed up to somebody else's!

So what is the point! What are you trying to prove or suggest by drawing visitors to an article that bears absolutely no meaning to life or to good writing?

And by the way I couldn't give two rats if Sarah Palin was a monk before signing up - if she was a gun-toting, bikini-wearing politician then at least she shows a spark of life as compared to the rest of them!

Well, shucks, Ieuan, Your cynicism could adversely impact your "Positive Writing" theme. I noticed that you only had three fans when I signed up in YOUR fan club. If you don't wan't me to be your fan, just say so. But, I have found that if I want to have fans that it helps to take the initiative and become other people's fan. And, yes, I have read some of your articles. The one on prostitution was quite interesting, in fact. As far as your attitude about Palin and the political hype and satire that surrounds the Presidential elections coming up... apparently you missed the point. Now, if you would like me to leave your fan club, I will oblige you. I hope your day gets better.

Hmmmm! yep, I still don't get the point of the article! But then thinking about it whilst the rain patters (thumps) away on my roof, I probably never will so I'm not even going to try!

But tomorrow they say the weather is going to improve in this cold little city in Scotland. I hope so and maybe then when my mood climbs upward to hysterically happy I will return and try to make sense of a politician hugging a pea-shooter and try to find the satire/humour/intent behind it all!

But just now the really sad thing is that the only article that has been really well read on my site is one with the word prostitution it it! That tells me volumes!

Mark, it is great to read the real story about Ms. Palin. It was better to read the response from the guy who did the dirty deed. I hope you get to write his story. Thanks for joining my fan club.

Hi Arlene, (That was my mom's name) Thank you for reading the article and for commenting. As far as the guy who did the dirty deed, I am not yet entirely convinced that he was really the guy. If he was, I hope to do a story on him. Anyway, have a great day!
