Spanish is a very exclusive, gated golf community around 30 minutes west of Austin in the small Hill Country city of Bee Cave. In addition to the wonderful dining at the Member's Grille, residents of Spanish Oaks can take the kids to the stocked fishing pond, enroll in the Austin Tennis Academy or take a cruise on Lake Travis in the 27 foot boat that Spanish Oaks keeps at the lake. The community also has a clubhouse with a spa, fitness center and salon.
Homes are not inexpensive, but they are works of art by some of the Austin area's finest custom home builders. Current home listings in Spanish Oaks range from around $900,000 to over $3 million. Home sites currently range in price from $250,000 to $650,000.
