Kosher resorts are very popular, especially to those members of the Samaritan and Jewish community. There are a must-experience vacation destination to those devotees who wish to celebrate one of the most important holy days and festivals in their community known as the Passover, and at the same time wish to have a unique travel experience in the most amazing places in the world.

Year after year, kosher resorts located in different parts of the globe host groups and organizations for a well-developed and specialized kosher tour. And year after year, they are fully booked! The kosher tours have diverse and flexible programs that accommodate and cater to the varying interests and preferences of the different participants.

Kosher tours head off to exotic places like Costa Rica, for instance. Other tours take the participants to remote areas and even third world countries. This allows the participants to get to know different cultures and places in an in-depth and intimate manner. That also gives the participants the opportunity to see the grandeur and beauty of such places that they would never have thought about, and in turn giving them the chance to appreciate the land they are walking around on.

The activities, amenities and excursions, of course, vary depending on the location of the host kosher resort, but they all guarantee to maintain the Jewish tradition. The first two nights are spent with Seders. This is an opportunity to get to know all the participants of the tour. Whether you are traveling with your entire family, with your significant other or by yourself, you will never be alone. The Seders are prepared at a communal dining area with the sights and sounds of your specific destination's surroundings that truly add up to an extraordinary and unique Passover experience.

Kosher tour excursions are offered to every participant. Giving Passover observers the chance to enjoy their vacations through the various recreational activities that the host kosher resort offers. The difficulty levels of these adventurous kosher tour excursions are easy to moderate. Different kinds of adventures are offered for different age groups. Those who are traveling with very young children or a more mature company have the option to choose a less active and strenuous touring program. Other options for these excursions are available on location at your chosen kosher resort.

Some of the physical challenges in the said excursions include testing your endurance in whitewater rafting, exploring rainforests and volcanoes, horseback riding, river cruising, snorkeling and other beach adventures (which sometimes include close encounters with dolphins). That being said, the excursions take you to the most pristine natural environment you have been wanting to see for a change of scenario from the busy cities you have been used to. There are hot springs, rain forests, cloud forests, wildlife sightings, species of birds you never see in the city, waterfalls and rivers, and so much more! These excursions are facilitated by experienced and knowledgeable tour guides who also serve as teachers as they occasionally drop in significant information about that place that you can truly learn from.

The word "kosher" is an English adaptation to the Hebrew word "kasher", which literally means "fit". In this context, the word fit pertains to the consumption of food according to the traditional Jewish law. Kosher resorts understand that the participants of such kosher tours are observant Jews. With that in mind, the resorts give much importance in kosher food as a huge part of the journey. At the same time, the kosher resorts also understand that food is essential to truly experience a certain travel destination. Kosher resorts make an observant lifestyle and an exciting travel experience with good food co-exist by combining kosher tours with the destination's local authentic food. Glatt kosher standards are never compromised as a team of inspectors make sure to only obtain products with high quality to be able to provide a large variety of meals. In certain cases, ingredients are shipped from Glatt standard kitchens for the head chefs of the kosher resorts to prepare on site, at your destination. The meals as strictly supervised to make sure that all food are according to the Glatt Kosher Le Pesach standards, which tops off your amazing vacation in a kosher resort.
