One smashing benefit of owning an iPhone or any smart phone is to keep in touch with your friends, co-workers and colleagues. Email, SMS, and lots of web-based applications are just some of so many useful tools that iPhone has. The Apple iPhone works very well with mobile communication tools and even with social networking sites such as Twitter. Yes! Now you can tweet whenever and wherever you are.

Twitter is one of the coolest social networking sites that you can control on your iPhone. Using Twitter on your iPhone comes in different ways. One is by using SMS or popularly known as text messaging. This great little program is made for friends, family, etc to stay connected through short bursts of conversations, up to 160 characters. It's just like sending a simple text message, all you need to do is to register and verify that phone number on the Twitter website and then you're good to go... send updates to your followers, right at the palm of your hand.

Another way is by going through their mobile website, simply log in and tell your friends what you are currently up to, where you are and what coffee you are drinking. Using Twitter through your iPhone's home screen, while waiting at the dental clinic... in line to get a movie ticket... or watching the sunset, is a great way to kill time. On this website, you'll be able to do anything you normally would in front of your PC. View accounts, update your profile, explore new users, connect with anybody around the word and more… but on your mobile phone, where this website was specifically designed for.

You can access social networking sites, such as Twitter, by signing-in to your account on your PC's Internet browser. Another is by going to the iTunes apps library to find applications that you can directly download onto your iPhone. These applications connect you directly to the social network site that you are interested in. If you have an active and busy social life, Twitter is great for you. It allows you to stay in touch with everyone, without necessarily spending a lot of time on the phone...keeping everybody aware of your whereabouts and activities, during these so busy days... making it easy for you to connect anywhere... anytime.

An important benefit of owning an Apple iPhone is that it helps you get all of your communications under control. Organize your messages, check your email, Tweet or stay in touch with your social network and, of course, talk to your hearts delight. In using your iPhone, staying in touch is not just a chore anymore... iPhone really does make it fun!

So go ahead, bring out your iPhone now and Tweet!
