Yes there is light for those energetic lawyers out there. In my opinion since We the People purchased all the bad debt these banks and investors no longer own it, you do, I do and We the People do. We are the Government by definition so since these banks or investors no longer own that credit card debt or bad mortgage then they, the former owners, have given their rights to that money over to us, you and I and if we are in that category of debtor we are no longer. You can't owe money to yourself it is after all, your money.

So when they drag you before the judge, place a lien on you, want to make you pay, or attempt to retrieve what YOU OWN, tell them sorry, cease and desist and go away or be sued. I can't be forced to pay myself for my own money. That bill was a contract made between We the People and the debtor and is a legal agreement and the consideration for that consummation is that we took back that debt. However if they attempt to collect on that debt it should be considered as non binding as a legal document because it was entered into with the wrong or with dubious intent. The consideration was they give us the debt, which is all debt and includes our own debts. Yes and we are paying back that money in the form of an additional tax burden on us all.

It really is as simple as that. I see nothing wrong with this logic. If we own it, then it is ours to do with as we see fit. So if your having a problem get yourself a good lawyer who knows the Constitution well and use this as a basis for eliminating your woe.

So speak to your lawyer because this is ground breaking. If they don't know get someone who does. You see, there is no precedent for this. So while this is not an endorsement get someone who will take the issue to court for you like ACLU. So Hello Bill Collector, please go away, I own this debt now and I didn't hire you.

Finally that credit reporting agency should make note that the debtor purchased the debt back and reset their score to a higher rating. After all you rate pretty high with yourself and not these merchants of greed and destruction so get that right.

Think about that as your sitting down today.
