Are you looking for a better way of life?  A better way of living and a better way to live the life that you now have ?

Then what are you waiting for?  Self-survival is the first thing we learn, have you forgotten how?

Start thinking about what your wants and needs, and stop focusing on the past.  Don't let his behavior and insecurities transfer to you.  Your hopes dreams and expectations are equally important.

If you begin to sour on life, life has a way of souring on you, learn to think good things for and about yourself, begin to focus on what you want to do with yourself, in other words Get A Life, there is always something to do to keep focused.

Make plans for yourself, set yourself a time frame.  Start by setting small goals, then a bigger goal and so on and so on, and before you know it you'll be right where you want to be, a whole complete person.

Everyone needs to be whole and most of us feel we need someone to make us complete.  That's not always true, when you have been hurt and literally destroyed by someone it becomes hard to love and trust again.

Starting over means a new beginning, and new beginnings more than often mean new and better things, and new and better things in your life will assuredly give you a better way to live.  Living in fear of the unexpected, in fear of someone else's misdirected  anger towards  you and/or you and your kids is not a good way of life. A better way of living is out there for you, you just need to make up your mind as to whether or not you want it.
