If you are looking to lose weight, then like most other people wanting to do the same you are looking for new ways to do this. People say they get so frustrated being told the same thing over and over again. If what you hear is about eating healthy and cutting down on sugary foods - along with taking up light exercise, then face up to it because it is the only way. The good news is however, the different types of foods you have the choice of eating, while on your weight loss crusade.

Choosing right foods to eat at specific times provided by a dieting plan will definitely help you lose weight. To clarify what we mean by "times" is, never eat before going to bed. This is a dangerous time to be scoffing food if you are looking to lose weight. Healthy eating will always include fresh vegetables and fruit in any given diet because of vital vitamins. A diet of fruit is not only tasty but one of a pleasure to follow. Fruit is one of the healthiest of natural foods you could ever eat; fruit has imperative strong health benefits. Fruit contains naturally occurring vitamins minerals and plant phytochemicals. Keeping the body healthy and in great shape while in the younger years will certainly have you thank yourself later in life.

Before following a new diet or exercising ask your GP for advice first. As healthy as fruit is an option for losing weight, it is still best to have it Okayed by your doctor to determine it is a healthy option for you.

For some people, eating 5 pieces of fruit a day is not ideal; simply because they are not fruity people, meaning, they just don`t like the stuff. For them people the possibility of what was presented before them at a particular time which had them turn their nose up, may simply just not have been to their liking. What you need to remember is there are a multitude of different fruits that you may not have ever tasted. Why not sample them, - you owe it to your body. Primarily energy consumption is said to be influenced by palatability, fiber content, and density of energy and assortment of foods. Eating fruit is influential in helping encourage some of these factors. Fruit is also low in sodium and because of this it strongly reduces the possibility gaining water weight.

As long as about one-third of fruit and vegetables is included in your daily diet, not only will weight loss happen at a speedily rate, it is the sense of satisfaction and knowing it is doing your body the world of good. If enough fruit is eaten it helps fill the stomach faster. How eating fruit can help you along the way to getting your weight down, - while enjoying the taste of some of the tropics that supply many of the fruits.

Possible weight control - Additional energy for exercising - Less risk of cardiovascular conditions

Less risk of cancers - Lower blood pressure - Help lower cholesterol - Reduced change of developing type 2 diabetes

If you have children introduce them to eating fruit at early age as this a healthier option than plying them with sweets and candy. Too many sweets and particular fizzy drinks can cause problems, where dental appointments will be imminent.

Here are some tips below.

1. Add dried fruit to breakfast cereal raisins sultan`s strawberries etc.

2. Prepare fruit salads to last few days so you get a regular daily quantity of fruit.

3. Eat apple before leaving for work or school.

4. Drink fruit juice/cordial instead of fizzy pop

5. Find recipes that contain fruit. This will make your diet more of a yummy one.

Always have a bowl of fruit on the table in the kitchen or living room. By the television and computer is a good idea in case you and the kids fancy a nibble.

Simple Easy Tasty and Healthy Fruit Salad Recipe

Everything you could possibly want to stay healthy in 1 bowl

2 sliced bananas

1 apple cut into chunks

1 orange

1 cup cantaloupe and watermelon made into balls

1 pear and mango cut into chunks

coconut flakes

Taste of the tropics - Fruit Salad

1 - Mango.

2 - Kiwi fruits.

1 - Orange.

1 - Banana.

1 - Papaya

1/4 Cup coconut cream

Gently combine all fruit and place into bowl. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
