I personally have heard His voice and I have experienced first hand His works. Yes, I will admit I look for them, the signs and symbols of His hand all about me. A difference between those who profess they believe and actually believe. Many do not like that, yet it is what it is.

Ok call me what you want to but I have heard His voice. Actually heard, as loud and clear as anyone talking.. Too bad in my latter years I have drifted from that, letting this world and people get me down. Yet, just yesterday I humbled myself in prayer as a sinner. Hey humble, whats that? That is acknowledging you need God. Now that is areal tough one for the rich and successful and educated. Not all but most. It is called the opposite, pride. Just last evening I placed my faith, trust in Him and He responded once again. Did I see anything, hear anything, no, why because my prayer was for someone 65 miles away in a hospital ICU ward. Within minutes of standing in agreement my answer came. Praise God and thanks be to Him. Did I sense the urge to doubt, very strongly, but no I held firm.

Now of course unbelievers will say coincidence, normal function, the treatment did it and well I was just wacky. Yet in my life I have seen miracle after everyday miracle. Yes most label it something else but by fact it is what it is. They need tangibles and that is not what faith is. That is believing even when you have no tangible proof. It is simple, do you believe? Yet many will say fiction, fables, stories, no proof, their choice. Yet they will turn right around and mock those who do. Hey they mocked Jesus and they do not even believe He is real. Rhetorically of course and this they will also mock, what if he appeared to them? You got it they would still have an opposite explanation. It is the reality of mankind.

Now some have experienced miracles that doctors can't explain only to be told the body healed itself, o there are too many things we do not understand about the power of the mind, positive thinking, etc but what road God uses is not to be questioned. We are miraculously made. Every rational that one could think of to explain away God might be used? The again, why not God?

Why is God so scary? Oh, perhaps too many rules to follow? How about I can't really see, smell or hear him so how do I know He is real? What proof is there? Wellt here are any number of truths to be frank. Sol like I started out, one simple word FAITH is all one needs.

Ok, lets get really off the wall, how can you say everything we know is fact, reality? Did the Matrix movie sort of ask that question? Off the wall but yet it captured many. Now the fact is that one word is the stumbling block for many. Yes like Peter on the water. It is not a rational thing for someone to do, walk on water, you naturally sink by all the facts we know. Yet in faith, oh I know, so they say, he started out OK and then slid down when doubt arose. Did that ever happen? Well we know there is a Peter buried in Rome.

Well why doubt. Well it is called being a human. That is why God knew we were helpless, unable to save ourselves. Well if God is that all powerful why didn't he create us without doubt and why this mess? Hey you will have to ask God that. Yet how do we know someone is real? I mean really real in all they do and say? Their deeds, works, in what they do or fail to do. The fruits of their work, that demonstrate who they are. It is really that simple. In my opinion God knew, as it says in the Word in the beginning when we fell and we came to know good and bad, thus choice came into play.

So no bling, wealth, power or anything of this world makes you a man, your deeds make you that. The same with a woman. You can look, talk, act, and say what you want to, profess anything, but the simple fact is your works speak to who you are.

When we love, truly love, we do without question, without expecting anything in return, we do from our heart. The same with God. He judges, you got it, your works. What you do and fail to do. Yes and in the end he will open the Great White Judgment Book and guess what? He will review your works.

So by faith, trust, we are saved but our works shall follow us and that is how others shall truthfully know who we are. It is how we are to select our leaders, who we form relationships with, who we prefer to interact with, where we church.

If the things of God are Love then the works of God and His followers are love, very simple and if not then sadly a person is not of God. Regardless of what they profess. It is that simple.

So There is a God and I do not need to see or hear Him, I know.
