I just read an article concerning perspective. It was an excellent article but lets try to place perspective into simple terms. That is how someone, a person, one, looks at something, views something, develops a point of view about something or opinion. So please help me out with this. Just who is suffering when the average price for a Halloween Costume is $66.00 and sales are booming? Just who is suffering when you pull into the local gas station, go into your penny jar and put in $8.00 worth of gas an two Lincoln SUV Navigators pull up and fill up between $40,00 and $60.00 worth of gas? Please help me but who is suffering when the Tampa Bay Rays couldn't find 2000 people to sit and watch a game and now sell out all their games 40,000 people or there about and sell World Series tickets starting at a price of $150.00 per ticket and up and sell out? Then again who is suffering at the sold out Tampa Bay Buc games or any all around the league? Yes just who is suffering?  Is it those at the tailgate party?

So while there are many average Americans all across this land that are in my opinion "struggling" to survive we seem to have many Americans whining who make $60,000 a year or more, go to dance classes, eat out, go away for the weekend, attend baseball games, buy Halloween costumes and throw them away after one days use, etc, and complain. Just what the hell are they complaining about, they lost money or didn't make enough? Well, evidently they didn't lose it all and are still doing a-ok, that is for now. So, who is suffering?

Really, I have to step up and believe what that man said a few months ago about Americans being whiners. No not those who make under $50,000, $40,000 or even $30,000 a year gross, those making, like I said, well above that. Yes, they really do not give a damn in my opinion and that is why writing about morality, values, religion, nation, honor, integrity, ethics, works is no more then an exercise. It is really that simple.

Now for you being foreclosed on, unemployed, working for little to nothing, one, two or three jobs let me tell you what my Governor wrote to me and said when I wrote to him about negotiating with your frindly banker as he suggested they were open to doing. To paraphrase, "thanks for keeping him informed".  Is he suffering or just who is suffering?

What about you who are being told pay or your utilities are going to be shut off. Just who is suffering? What about that Credit Card company who charges usury because, well these are tough times and our leaders, well they made it all legal just like Credit Derivatives, just who is suffering?

Get the picture, it is all about who's perspective and the same with this, what is in my opinion and perspective the campaign of liars. Yet many love them and expect it. My local paper has a section to "sort out the truth". They print what these candidates have said and say each and every day. Half truths, lies, distortions, etc. Yet those who's perspective suits thier perspective fine will elect them again. So I end asking this just who is suffering?

RM, you put struggling into perspective as you are so astute as doing. How can anyone make sense of it all? It's senseless! Blessings to you as always, my friend.

Avis thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I think I said it all about our society many times. We just care to admit it, yet we brag about being a Christian nation, believers, followers of Christ or who ever our faith beliefs are. Yes and here are the works. Is it strange they do not seen it in the "perspective"? No neither did those who Crucified  our  Lord. With best and sincere regards- Robert.
