I thought I would give a little background on this one. I came up with this one because of a video that was titled "Extreme Tree Huggers" I watched on You Tube after hearing an audio clip of it on the radio a few weeks ago. There was a group of people in the woods mourning the death of trees. I can respect the idea of having a cause and being passionate about that cause. It's one of the things that make this county great. If it had been just another video I would have watched it gone on about my business but I am not exaggerating when I say this video left me saying "WOW" to myself. My personal opinion is that there is a fine line between passion and crazy. After a while the long time philosophical question "If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around – does it make a sound?" popped into my head and the result was this cartoon. My intention is not to criticize anyone for their beliefs; it's purely to make someone smile. If you have the time I would say check out the video and see if you come to the same result I did which was "WOW". Everyone have a great day.

Ira, you're doing great! In this fantastically illustrated 'toon, the hugger was heard by anyone within 100 miles! Maybe not, but I bet he changed causes. *laughing*
