This is not just an article for believers. I do not intend to evangelize you or for that matter give a sermon or lecture. We all have free will and choice and that is why this is so significant to me and perhaps those of us who do profess and yes believe. I just offer my opinion and observations.

Now certainly in these times there have been and are every days signs that perhaps God's coming return is even at the Door. Need we list them? One only need to read to understand that God's Word spoke to this thousands of years ago. "At the end of years thou shall come to the land that is returned from the sword", etc. Wow, what is that, who is that, God is speaking about?

Ezechiel Chapter 38 and 39 verse 2 "And I will turn thee round, and I will lead thee out, and will make thee go up from the northern parts: and will bring they upon the mountains of Israel." [them and all their bands] Now one must ask who is north of Israel? Who do we see, Syria, Russia and who are there allies, Persia and who else, Ethiopians [Sudan] and others? Yes and God specifically says this in verse 16 - "Thou shall be in the latter days", etc. Do we not see this in prophesy and in the deeds of today all about? No, well look again. It is quite evident all about.

If we jump forward to 1St Thessalonian Chapter 5 verse 3 "for when they say peace and security even then sudden destruction comes upon them as birth pangs upon her who is with child, and they will not escape." Where have we heard this recently in our day and age? Did it ever apply in history as much as today and in relationship to what is transpiring right before us? Where is it prominent? Yes, it was said recently by a world leader speaking about the world and it is part of a World organizations Mission Statement. Could God speak through everyday people, certainly. Yet what more significance is it if one speaks to the entire world through a leader of the world?

Now if we look at the signs of the days we see persecution, famine, hunger, disease, war and rumors of war. We in this nation are experiencing some of the very same. Financial hardships, hunger, a significant number of Americans go to bed hungry each day. Yes and we do see a separation between those that have and those who have not. Does not 1st Peter speak to this, Chapter 4 verse 12. "Beloved do not be startled at the trial by fire that is taking place among you to [get this] prove you; 13 but rejoice, in so far as you are partakers of the sufferings of Christ, that you may also rejoice with exhaultation in the revelation of his glory."

17- "for the time has come for the judgment to begin with the household of God; but if it begin first with us, what will be the end of those who do not believe the Gospel of God?"

So God also says that in those days Second Timothy, Chapter 3, "dangerous times will come, etc". Yes and verse 4, "and they will turn away their hearing from truth and turn aside rather to fables". Verse 5, " be thou watchful, etc."

Yes 1St Timothy Chapter 6, verse 10, "for covetousness is the root of all evils. And some in their eagerness to get rich have strayed from the faith and have involved themselves in many troubles".

Now I leave with this. These are but a very small number of things shown to us in God's Word. For believers there will be scoffers, but they are only more fulfillment and confirmation. Through Gods Word we are told the signs and symbols of when His coming is even at the door. Take heed of them they may be right before us?

Yet be comforted. You see Moses took his people out of harms way, into the promised land. In fact the name of Moses actually means in Hebrew to "pull out, extricate, rescue. How strange, I think not.

In fact if we look to 1st Thessalonians once again, Chapter 4 verse 13 - 18 we see that believers will be rescued, taken out. And get this because it is a significant verse 15: "For this we say to you in the Word of the Lord , that we whom live [get that live] ok once again [live], who survive, [meaning alive] until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep."

So to die is not death but to be alive with the Lord. A very significant statement of faith. So when we seek intercession we do not pray to dead saints or for help from a loved one who has fallen asleep. No we ask like we do our brethren who are alive at church, for intercession. Yes asleep in the Lord like as we sleep at night or while at rest but very much alive.

Wow, if these messages do not inspire and prompt you to get right with God for while no man knows the day or the hour, our Lord whom we profess and believe said very clearly and emphatically, we would know when it was even at the door.

Is it time? Is he almost at the door? Well there are specific things that still need to come to fruition, yet they are in the paper every single day. Spoken to by our very leaders and world leaders. Do all see that, certainly not. As the Lord said very definitively, only my believers.

It is an interesting era that we are living in - and one that is emerging: Obama/Hillary, the European Union, rise of atheism, economic turmoil, religious wars,etc..

But if you look at Obama's choices for appointees, you will find that his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, were both the most prominent supporters of this National Health Insurance; and I believe that this is why they were chosen, and not to just repeat the administrations of times past.

The prophecies of the Antichrist as being one who will instill world peace, is in my opinion a mistranslation of the scriptures if they are taking this from Micah 4:3- 4:5; as these were referring to the second coming of Christ himself. I think that this is where the ideas come from in the Left Behind series, where they associate the Antichrist with the disarming of excess weaponry.

So no worries yet, I feel. I think good times will be ahead as well as some bad.

Yes Jennifer there will be peace but a false peace for 3.5 years, "The Book of Daniel" it will be a time of unherald prosperity and peace but then. Peace and Security an interesting item. Check my last few articles or Obama' speech election night.  Listen or read carefully it will put this more into perspective along with what is going to come about very soon over the next 6 to 8 months as his plans unfold. Yes the scriptures I mention really for professors in Christ to ponder. My bet as I said, Comprehensive Immigration , peace in Isreal all  real possibiilties over the next 2-3 years. I'll throw in "unwalled cities" for those to ponder what I am getting at? Best wishes as usual. Robert.
