Kick boxing is one of the best ways to increase your endurance. The fact is that : One hour in kick boxing class burns around 400 calories. It is a powerful and quick workout ! To loose this amount of calories in short period of time means that you are going to sweat, you are going to sweat like a pig. This is actually good because the toxins inside your body are now brought out on the surface with the sweat. Just don't forget to take a quick shower after the training, for the sake of the people around you ! I don't know why but after that shower you are full of energy for the rest of the day. Take the training in the morning, its a outstanding way to start the day. The punching bag is my favorite for releasing stress, it rejuvenates my mind. You just embrace the anger and hit it hard. This gets you in that state of flow where time just flies and the hour seems like a minute. The best thing about kick boxing training is that it strengthens and conditions the whole body equally. You get real strength and flexibility not just size. I think its better than the gym because you grow on all levels not just pure strength and size with no flexibility and low endurance.
This is the full package, it covers all of the aspects: Strength, flexibility, physical and mental health, cardio and endurance. And make sure you get good kick boxing equipment.
