While casually surfing Google for free website creation software, we found Synthasite. Then, we naturally created an account so we could make our website.
We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered how simple it is to use, despite being a good website creator. The majority of web creation softwares come with enormous instruction manuals and help desks to teach you how to use hundreds of thousands of useless added in to make the program seem more complex. Luckily, Synthasite was more unconventional. It is set out in a series of drag-on components organized in logical folders on the right hand site. Using these, it took only a few months to finish our website (BHS Observer Online) which contains over 100 pages.
The best thing about Synthasite is that is does not sell advertising on your site. All it has, is a very small text link to their own site at the bottom of your page. The company has told us that they plan to offer a feature to buy out their advert in the near future. However you can still add on adverts, but you pocket the cash!
