The time is not far away when an assembly is going to be held at school. It is at such times that the teachers are often found in a tense state. They struggle for proper assembly ideas or, if they do manage to find one, they do not know where to source the assembly resources from. There are many different assembly ideas available and if one just searches, they shall have no problems in locating one that suits their purpose best.

Since the assembly resources are directly dependant on the assembly ideas, it is best if a proper theme is first selected and then the resources for the same hunted down. Have you ever checked out the popular TV shows? Some of them will provide you with the right idea of conducting a smashing show with the bare minimum of assembly resources being involved. If you have been watching the questionnaire type of TV shows, like "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" you might adapt this for your assembly show.

The questions can be replaced with ones that are suitable and based on the theme and topic of the assembly. The assembly resources for this theme can easily be found on the net. There are many different types of assembly themes that one can use and it is all up to the imagination. Why not hold an assembly where the theme is based on the changes we see in our day to day life. There are many such things and kids will have no problems in providing correct answers. It is common knowledge that cold water gets hot when it is heated up and also that white bread tends to turn into a brownish color when it is toasted.

All kids know that babies grow up to become the kids and so on. Hence using the change we see in our day to day lives ' makes for proper assembly ideas. Yet another interesting assembly idea is to make the kids act whilst the teacher is narrating a story. The kids can be outfitted with the dresses of the characters of the story and when the teacher narrates the story, the kid whose part in the story is being narrated can act out the scene. The assembly resources for this theme can be sourced from shops that specialise in theatre accessories.
