Exercise 1
Sit down with your legs folded and stay relaxed. Keep your spine straight and tilt your head behind gently. Hold this and count to 10 and feel the jaw line stretch. Bring your head back and repeat 5 times.
Exercise 2
Still in sitting position relax your shoulders and look straight ahead. Turn your head towards your right without moving your shoulder (slowly.) This stretches the skin above the collarbone. Count to 5 and relax. Repeat on the other side. Do this 3 times for each side.
Exercise 3
Time to squat - get down on all fours. Bow your head and keep your neck, spine and elbows level. Breathe in slowly. Exhale and curve your back downward while lifting your head up towards the ceiling and count to 5.

Pulp 1/2 banana and add 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Smooth over the face and neck and leave for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp flannel.

Two tablespoons of cornmeal mixed with water to make a thick paste. Apply to the face and neck and rinse off

- Not too far that you`re ear touches your shoulder.
- Hold this for about 30 seconds.
- Bring your head to center position.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Do 5-10 repetitions of this exercise three times daily
Third Exercise
- Slowly turn your head as far as you can.
- Hold this for about 30 seconds.
- Bring your head to the center.
- Move your head in the opposite direction.
- Do 5-10 repetitions of this exercise 3 times daily
