Body Odor - What is it about summer that brings out the good in us all, and yet we depress ourselves over it at the same time. Is it the light nights or is the glorious sunshine. Believe it or not, it is the heat people complain about. People said although a time of the year they love it is the body odour experience caused by profuse sweating that is upsetting. Hot humid conditions are nearly always responsible for underarm, forehead, feet and the genitals sweating. Thankfully due to clinical research we have solutions to control particular body odours rising from this.
The human body fabricates all sorts of odors in the form of volatile chemical matter that rouse the sense of smell. When we refer to body odor we natural assume smelly and unpleasant, but then we have smells which serve as attractants that is not seen quite as nasty. Specific smells unacceptable are usually created in the intestinal tract, the mouth, on the feet, and under the armpits.
Underarm Body Odor
The way to remove the smell of stale sweat is to simply wash it away. Sweat from the underarms does not evaporate as readily as sweat from exposed body parts so it could take a couple of rinses with warm water and using a specially formulated soap. Sweat can be induced by particular fabrics. Wear natural fabrics like cotton which helps absorb perspiration. Using deodorant to mask underarm odor is not an ideal solution. Treat odor first then apply deodorant. Antiperspirants help reduce the amount of localized perspiration. If products as such fail to do the trick then try what other folk use ‘Le Crystal Nature' which is a mound of mineral salts applied to the problem area to control odor-causing bacteria without causing any skin problems. Have your GP give his/her advice about this. Also ask your doctor about Drionic which is an electronic device that plugs overactive sweat ducts and keeps them blocked for up to six weeks.

Flatulence Odor - Intestinal tract gas, known as "flatus," is a usual result of digestion. Flatus happens when the bacteria already in the gut process the carbohydrates in food that can`t be broken down by digestive enzymes, or from swallowing gas-containing substances such as carbonated liquids or extreme amounts of air. Odor is determined on the sort of bacteria that inhabit the intestinal tract, as well as the types of food we eat. While normally coming from the bottom, gas can exit from the mouth belching (burping.) Remember that what we eat is what we smell. Common slang words for flatulence are breaking wind, trumping and farting. This can be extremely embarrassing if you lose control and let rip. We owe a lot to research because, people with problem flatulence, swollen stomach and farting, it has made their life a lot easier and also for the people around them also.
Although most of us are aware of the benefits our body gets from eating healthy foods, what many don`t know is, our health is determined by how well we digest these healthy foods. Flatulence is caused mostly by rotting of incompletely digested foods in the digestive passageway. If you break wind a lot, then you probably have a lot of toxin shaping on the inside of your gut from the incomplete digested food. A fart that produces no smell is usually a pocket of air that has been swallowed.
Reduce them embarrassing moments
1. Chew your food till liquidized if possible, this will allow the digestive organs to do their job efficiently instead of having to break down lumpy food.
2. Eat whole, unprocessed foods. An apple is better than apple juice and organic butter is better than margarine. The more your food looks like it has been home grown in the garden then the body has better chance of digesting it.
3. Avoid foods your body simply can`t break down. You will know what they are when chewing goes on for what seems a lifetime. It's up to you to observe how you feel after eating to identify these foods.
4. Fruits are low in protein in comparison to specific foods. All eats have essential protein and need to stay in the stomach for hour or so for the acid produced by your stomach to break down the protein. If fruit is consumed while the stomach is at work on other foods it is likely the fruit will rot causing gas and toxin. Eat fruit on an empty stomach.
5. Rest after eating so the digestive organs can effectively break down food.
Sweaty smelly feet, oh the very thought, how embarrassing – Fortunately some people don`t suffer from foot odour to an extent of seriousness, however in contrast to this, we have them that do. Sweat itself doesn`t smell, it is the bacteria that settles on site. In cases of severe foot odor washing will not cure the problem. You may need to consult your GP for treatment.
1.Use antibacterial soap for washing the feet. 2 Wear only cotton socks. 3 Spray antiperspirant on your feet 4 Soak feet in a tea bath for half an hour daily. Boil a couple of tea bags in a pint of water till colorless. 5 Bathe feet in one part vinegar with two parts water or mix two tablespoons of Epsom salts in one quart of water and soak 6 Change footwear regular. After wearing shoes leave them out in the sun to dry 7 Sprinkle baking soda onto your feet or dust them with baby powder containing anti bacterial additives.
Sweaty genitals are a problem that is more of an embarrassing one than other. How do people treat sweaty genitals, well it takes nothing more that soap and water to clean sweaty areas. If you sweat profusely then you will have to wash several times along with changing underwear frequently during the day. It is essential to give the genitals breathing space. The vagina and anus can become somewhat uncomfortably clammy and moist in the hot months. This condition attracts bacteria which results in vaginal and genital odors. Keep clothing slack around this area and if possible go without underwear whenever possible. If genital smell persists and you believe it not caused by sweat then it may be caused by an infection.
