"Spring" the season when the resurrection of nature is taking place, after a long hibernation in winter's cold tomb, she speaks to all of creation with a voice from within. The trees listen and obey her commands and become fruitful their leaves open and come alive.

The frost breaks ground with the sun doing its part in bringing early seasonal flowers into bloom. Wild life is becoming energetic and resourceful. The task and duties nature has instilled in them are being carried out within their own domain. Each one of them contributing and fulfilling their responsibility, in the habitat in which they reside.

Humanity is also feeling the transformation from deep within our very souls; God's hand is guiding us along. For how lucky we as humans are to take a deeper perception to all the wonders unfolding before our very eyes. Too, be able to gaze at awe at the mysterious and spectacular rebirth of creation.

God has given us four seasons to live by. Of all of the four seasons, he chose spring as the season in which his son was to be crucified on the cross, to shed his blood for our sins, to die to give us eternal life, and to be resurrected as a symbol of love to all of God's living creation.

"In a pleasant spring morning all men's sins are forgiven " Henry David Thoreau

Great work here, David, though having four seasons here in South Texas is purely academic! Very enjoyable read.

Thank you Susan, I know when I lived in Maine, spring meant so much more than it does down here in Florida

Enjoyed your article. In Oregon we have one season called Rain. Actually I see God's beauty everywhere here. He gives us some of the most beautiful skies I have ever seen and rich greenery everywhere. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
