Worry not, as you will find another source, sooner than soonest!

Of late, everyone is hearing from many friends here and elsewhere who/whose near and dear ones have recently lost their jobs who are worried about finances and their future job prospects. Being unemployed can be very scary and challenging, personally and financially. It's a time that requires a great deal of faith and fortitude. Try to get a great deal of support from all quarters by keeping polite, calm and practical ways and means. But for those unfortunate ones, who have experienced job loss, for them, here are a few friendly suggestions:

Avoid negativity - Take a break from negative news and media. Even though the job market is tight, many companies are still hiring. Reconnect with family, friends and former business associates, they may know of possible opportunities. Re-visit your skills, talents and abilities. Perhaps you have skills you've forgotten or that can be applied in a different way or field than you thought possible. Pay attention to how you are spending your time--it's your most valuable asset! Be proactive in your job search everyday. Never lose heart, as there is always a brighter side for every episode in life.

Get support if you need it - you don't have to go it alone! Create consistent self-care habits that will help you to stay healthy and positive. Eat a healthy diet, exercise, take walks, pray, meditate, get plenty of sleep and avoid excess caffeine and alcohol or any sort of addictives. Stay connected to others, be in a community. Connect with others on net who are also going through tough times and can offer you support. Keep your eyes and ears open - opportunities can present themselves in unexpected ways and places. Dilute your requirements/ lower the bar if need be. It is just an economical measure for you to make sure that immediate and emergency needs are met with; keep a tab on balancing your essentials and unwanted. This way you can minimize your expenses.

Don't isolate yourself - get out of the house everyday and explore the job options in and outside your own areas of interest/community. Pray daily, meditate and focus for a good guidance and support from the Lord God, to help you find your perfect job. Never allow any negative force to come near you. Keep the company of the ones who have positive thoughts and good experience in life.

May the good Lord sustain one's spirit as one searches for new and meaningful work. He has blessed us with a healthy body and a keen mind for which one needs to be grateful. It is we, who need to sharpen our mind and thoughts to grasp every available opportunity. Let Him open the path as one seeks employment that will allow one to support the family and oneself while serving others and the divine purpose. Surely, a person with a peaceful mind and clear vision can come out of the man made mess, quite easily. Above all, be confident, that you will achieve a good level of success in your life. Wishing you all the best in your hunt.
