Everyone wants to look great from the front and back. So your shoulders are a very important part of the overall look to your body. One thing that most people don't realize is the importance of building balance within your shoulders. I have a client that has a rotator cuff injury and since we have been working on his rear deltoids the problem has become much better. So it is important to give your shoulders a complete workout. Make sure that you do overhead presses for the anterior deltoid and rear presses for the rear deltoid. This will also help to prevent injuries to your rotator cuff muscles. Shoulder balance will give your body a better symetrical look and it will also help you look better in those business suits.

Basic shoulder routine

4 sets of overhead press using pyramid principle
4 sets for rear delts using pyramid principle
If you really want to add strength in your shoulders
do negatives on the last two reps of each set, or
you can do a drop set at the end of each set.
