We are all on alert again after news of another dangerous flu outbreak.
Various articles are circulating on the web about how to prevent it (Omega 3 oils were mentioned re supporting the immune system) and how to treat it, or not treat it as the case may be. I've read some very conflicting information.
I tried to find a valid source of information and believe this government source to be that.
