Heres How It Works:

- Lets say you own a home that is completely paid off (no mortgages, liens, encumbrances).

- You want to sell your home for the appraised value without paying a real- estate agent to find a buyer, so you decide to raffle your home.

- You will need a non-profit organization to sponsor/host your event in order for your home raffle to be legal.

- Once you and a non-profit charity arrange an agreement and attain the required permit(s) you can begin selling tickets for your home raffle charity fundraiser.

- In most cases, it is the homeowners responsibility to provide an adequate advertising budget to promote an event of this magnitude. All money spent on raffle promotions is reimbursed after the raffle. Though most charity organizations will offer some sort of promotion (through donor lists, newsletters, special events), it probably won't be enough to sell all the tickets needed to successfully raffle a home.

Homeowners who conduct their home raffle on Raffle Mansion are assisted in the promotion of their event by the simultaneous promotion that we provide through our website. We can also set-up and run your home raffle promotions for you to generate the most ticket sales.

- When enough tickets are sold for a Grand Prize drawing to be held, the charity will purchase the home for the appraised value one week before the drawing.

- The actual drawing is conducted by a CPA Firm and a winner(s) is selected to win the home.

- The homeowner receives a check for the appraised value of their home plus money spent on raffle promotions.

- The sponsoring non-profit organization raises a large amount of revenue with minimal effort.

- One lucky winner gets their Dream Home for $100.

Charitable gaming laws are different in every state. Please check your local laws and restrictions before participating in a charitable home raffle. Here s a Good Start: http://www.rafflemansion.com/home_raffle_giveaways.html
