Why Choose Polarized Bifocal Sunglasses? The reasons for polarized sunglasses are obvious:

UV protection for skin around the eyes and the eyes Fewer headaches from sun exposure Less glare from surfaces like on coming car screens and bodies Better vision in bright light and sunlight Safer while driving (you can see what darts out in front of you sooner, less glare, for example giving you more time to react) Avoids squinting No more squinting or fumbling with extra eyeglasses Incredible, high quality sunglasses that block out glare & enhance color The reasons for bifocals:

Fewer headaches from strained eyes while trying to read or inspect an object closer Navigate maps Read easier No need to change glasses to read No need to hold the reading material away to read it The reading band comes in magnifications from 1.0 Glasses to 3.5 Glasses Combining the two you create the ideal sunglasses for driving because you can see clearer plus you see your needs in the car and can read a map more clearly if you need to. No pulling over and struggling to read a map. You'llpull over and move your eyes down rather than having to pull out aseparate pair of glasses.

If you like to read outdoors at the beach on your boat or even just sitting in your garden at home by the pool, fishing, playing golf. The polarized option for bifocals is a must. You can read that book without your eyes watering, squinting and ending up with a headache and if someone says look at that you do not need to change your sunglasses, just look up.

Visible lines on your bifocals or not?

Are you wondering what the difference really is between bifocals with a visible line and bifocals with no visible line.

With lines You can see the difference easier it just changes magnifies.

There's not a transition between the two lenses just magnified.

If you are a younger person or getting them for the first time you may feel self-conscious as you can see they are bifocals easier.

Without lines You can not see the difference so easily it seems to gradually magnify.

The transition area allows you to see things clearly not only up close and at a distance, but in the intermediate area as well.

No one knows that the lenses are bifocals.

Opticians seem to be recommending no-line bifocals to new people using bifocals, whether they need them in the form of clear lenses or sunglasses.

Choose the samefor your polarized sunglasses bifocal as you did for your originaleveryday eye wear. Your eyes will never get accustomed to bifocals ifyou switch from type to type.

So in summary If you enjoy sitting in the sun beside the pool and curl up with yourfavorite book, then reading sun glasses or bifocal sun glasses are thebest choice. Invest in a good quality reading sun glasses - on thatwill combine comfort and optical quality. polarized sunglasses bifocal areideal for those who need to see distance but cannot focus close up.Trifocal lenses allow a person to focus on the intermediate distancetoo. Progressive lenses allow visibility at different ranges but thereis no visible demarcation as in the case of bifocal sun glasses.

Ian,

Although this is a very interesting write, and offers some great information, I found it hard to follow because of the run-on sentences. But you have a good thing going with the topics, so keep at it!
