What is the key to success? Is there one factor that can create a life of abundance? If there is one key factor to ensuring success, is it available to everyone? Does it involve money, background, education or something each one of us possesses and can utilize?
Through my personal failures and successes I have learned that there is an essential ingredient, to ensuring your prosperity in every facet of your life. This ingredient is necessary regardless of your undertaking.
Perhaps you want to build a successful business, train for the Olympics, or find a suitable mate and develop a mutually satisfying relationship. In every situation the one key ingredient must be present for your venture to flourish. And without this ingredient, nonachievement is a near certainty.
It is inevitable that you will eventually forsake your aspirations, or at the very least feel defeated, as your desires elude you, unless you develop the ability to foresee your success'.
It is vision that will give you the stick-to-itiveness when the road seems all up hill. It is the foreseen success that will enable you to continue working diligently even when triumph appears out of reach.
Professional success or personal success; both have their cloudy days, times when the stormy weather makes everything look bleak. When you have a clear vision of the fulfillment, you will see the sun in spite of the clouds. Vision will empower you with persistence and motivation.
Work on developing your ability to foresee your goals already achieved. This means you must have a clearly defined goal in mind so that you are able to picture yourself as you would look, experience and feel the desired plenitude.
Imagine yourself already having achieved that which you desire. See it in your mind's eye, taste it, feel it, experience the success. Foresee yourself as successful'.
Liken it to an actor in a movie. A proficient actor becomes the person he is portraying, for a time he believes himself to be the character, and therefore he becomes the character.
We are and we become what we believe ourselves to be. What we accomplish in life is the manifestation of what we believe deep down in our subconscious minds that we are capable of accomplishing. Believe first and then your visions will create the you of your mental imagery.
Draw up a plan, place yourself in the plan and act out the successful role. Make it a daily ritual during a period of relaxation. Imagine yourself living the life of your schemes.
Does this work? I challenge you to try it for yourself and see the results. Foresee your success with faith in its outcome, act as though it has already been accomplished, work towards your goals with diligence. Foresee your success, by so doing you will never forsake your dreams and you will create your own destiny.
