This essay is written for human beings who want to know how long alcohol stays in their systems. Most of these human beings are probably going for a drug or an alcohol test. One thing you need to know is that the answer varies from one person to another. Your body is different. But it all depends on the number of bottles you have drunk. So, you should expect it to stay longer if you consume more and if you took few bottles, it usually gets out of your body quickly.

Be informed that alcohol enters your blood after consumption. There are couple of ways by which it leaves your body. These are through your sweat, breath and urine to mention a few. About 10% of what is consumed goes through these mediums. The rest is often broken down into by-products through metabolism in your body. This metabolic rate is known as blood alcohol concentration. The rate of this process is independent of your sex, age, weight and height.

EEven though you have known the duration of alcohol stay in your system, it is by no means an endorsement that you should indulge in it. Lots of addicts usually think that a bottle or two will do them no harm. Little do they know that that is the beginning of the path to self destruction. The best thing to do for yourself and loved ones is to stay away from it. I normally counsel human beings like you to engage in social and religious activities. When you get involved in these activities, you often have little time for friends and gatherings that will lead you into drinking. Be informed that it is not often easy to stop drinking once you start. So, avoid it by all means. Please think of your family and career as these two are mostly affected when you can't control your drinking again. I wish you best of luck.
