You may have heard the phrase, "rejoice in the little things." In manifesting this is an important thing to remember, as it will take you closer to getting what you want.

Many Law of Attraction teachers focus on the really big, impressive things. Things like making tons of money, buying your dream home, finding that perfect relationship, etc. Those things are possible and many people achieve them, but the thing is these really big manifestations rarely happen instantly. You don't go to sleep on Tuesday night for example and wake up Wednesday morning 50 pounds lighter. And you don't leave your house for work in the morning and drive home that evening to a brand new, perfectly furnished, brand new house. These things take time and many small steps along the way to bring them into your reality.

It is precisely the time factor that causes a lot of people to get frustrated or lose sight of the goal. Think about losing weight for instance. How many times do people get all excited about this or that program, jump in with both feet, and then burn out after a few weeks? It's not because the program is bad or there is some flaw in their character that prevents them from completing it. It's because the end goal is so far away it can be difficult to keep the momentum going.

This is why rejoicing in the little things is so important. Little things are like signposts along the way to getting your big thing. They are clues, or reminders that you are on the right track and getting closer and closer to your goal. In the weight example, little things like getting half way there, fitting into an outfit you haven't been able to wear for years, noticing that certain foods don't appeal to you any more, etc. are all signs that your big manifestation is on the way.

The more you get excited and celebrate these little achievements, the easier it will be to stay on track and reach the end goal. So rejoice in the little things as you come ever closer to manifesting those big, exciting things.
