Finding natural cures for bacterial vaginosis can be a difficult thing to do. Especially when you're not sure which remedy will really help you cure BV. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some natural cures for bacterial vaginosis.
That way, you will know how to permanently cure your BV problem.
The natural cures are:
1. The first thing you can do to cure the problem is to use apple cider vinegar. To use this effectively, put about two teaspoons of it in warm water and bathe in it. This will help you get rid of BV and help you eliminate the vaginal odor that comes with having bacterial vaginosis.
2. Another one of the natural cures for bacterial vaginosis is to take supplements. The supplements that I'm talking about are garlic pills and goldenseal capsules. These pills will help you cure your BV. You should take 2 garlic pills two times a day and two goldenseal capsules once a day.
Both of these supplements will help your body get rid of the bad bacteria that's inside your vagina.
3. The third cure that will help you get rid of BV is with yogurt. There are two ways you can use yogurt. The first way is to eat it two to three times a day. And the second way is to apply it inside your vagina. You can eat any flavor yogurt, but only insert plain yogurt inside your vagina.
By inserting yogurt inside your vagina, it'll help you get rid of the bad bacteria that's causing you to have BV.
