The following are 10 ways that you can raise results by only using a number motivational tools.

1. Be sure that your staff has positive reinforcement. If you want people to work for you and to achieve your aims, they need to be shown that they are doing a great job. Otherwise, why would anyone wish to work hard? it's critical to optimistically reinforce great results.

2. Set expectations and encourage people to achieve them. Do they know what the purpose is and do they have the tools to achieve those goals? More so, you may wish to focus on what could be holding them back and eliminate any misunderstandings of the true purpose.

3. Set aims. Set aims not only for the end of the project but also for the steps in between. When a purpose is achieved, take note of that. More so, if a purpose isn't achieved, further engage to go above and beyond to meet the overall aims anyway.

4. Meet employee needs. Make sure they have what they need to be successful with the aims that you have verified for your staff. This will assist to push the staff farther.

5. Treat everyone equally and somewhat. When you want a staff to work as a team, you need to ensure that every member of the team has the same ability to achieve their aims. Showing favoritism will demonstrate others they don't matter to achieving the purpose.

6. Be effective and fair in discipline and punishment. Set the guidelines early on and follow them.

7. Be flexible. Meet the staff needs but also know when things need to be shaken up. In these instances you may need to restructure jobs to improve the overall result.

8. Utilise time as a motivating factor. Game people to finish a specific task within a short season of time. Reward them for doing so.

9. Let everyone know what the benefit is for achieving success. They must know what they are working for and how it directly relates to them.

10. Rewards must always be based on job performance. That way, those that do exceedingly well will earn what they have worked that hard for. It encourages others to work just as hard.
