Living an Outrageously Happy Life Is EASY! All you have to do is make the simple moment-by-moment choice to Feel Good. Yes. It is a choice and it is 100% in your control. If you don't feel like that right now, don't worry - it gets easier with practice.

The first step is believing that it is possible. The second step is making the effort to find thoughts that feel better throughout your day.

Is there anything that you want in your life for any reason other than that it will make you feel good? Even if you want something for someone else, the ultimate reason is because their feeling better will make you feel good.

So why not just do something right now, in this moment, that will make you feel good now.

You can do this without changing one thing in your environment or one circumstance in your life. Whatever is going on YOU CAN FEEL BETTER NOW- the power is ALL inside of you.

Your thoughts right now at this moment are determining how you feel. Need proof? Try this experiment. First, notice how you are feeling. Now take a piece of paper and write down 5 things you appreciate. This will help you get started...

1. Did you sleep in a comfy bed last night?

2. Did you eat anything delicious this morning or smell anything yummy? Did you have a warm drink or cold refreshing one?

3. Did you notice that the sun came up and the earth is spinning in its orbit?

4. Do you have access to a working computer that is allowing you to read Blissful News?

5. Can your eyes read the words on the page?

6. Did you see anything beautiful recently, like a child smiling, a flower blooming, or a bird soaring?

7. What are you celebrating today? What is working well in your life?

OK. You get the idea. Write down at least 5 things, or even just think about them.

Now notice how you feel. Do you feel different? Do you feel better? Did thinking about what you appreciate in your life change your mood?  If it did, you have just proved to yourself that YOU CAN AFFECT HOW YOU FEEL WITH YOUR THOUGHTS without changing one other thing in your life! Wow! Can you see the possibilities in that?

So often we are moving automatically through our day without paying attention to the massive wellbeing and abundance that are surrounding us.

Not only aren't we fully utilizing the amazing capacity we have to focus our attention and improve how we feel, but our thoughts seem to automatically drift to what is not working which doesn't make us feel good.

The reason appreciation is so effective is because it immediately puts our attention on what feels good around us. There are other ways to do this, and they will be in next month's Blissful News. So, stay tuned.

This month try adding more appreciation to your days. Easy times to do this are while you are driving, cooking, waiting in line, shopping, getting gas, cleaning, anytime your thoughts are not actively engaged in creating something, you can practice focusing your attention on what you appreciate or what is working around you.

Be a detective.  How many things can you find to appreciate? Appreciation is fun, absolutely free, takes no extra time and is guaranteed to raise your vibration and make you feel more blissful!

Wishing you love, laughter, bliss and abundance.  Keep Thinking Thoughts That Feel Good!

What an encouraging analogy. It is very enlightening. And it really works. A friend of mine shared similar information with me and I applied it to my life and I am totally convinced of its effectiveness.
