Getting rid of fishy vaginal odor can sometimes seem like a difficult thing to do. Especially when you're not sure what you can do about it. I know that it can be embarrassing. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some tips on how to get rid of fishy vaginal odor.
This way, you will know how to eliminate the odor and how to stop it from ever coming back again.
The first thing you should know is fishy odor is caused by a bacterial infection called bacterial vaginosis. The symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, also called BV, are fish-smelling vaginal odor, discharge coming out of your vagina (especially after sex), pain when urinating, and itching around the vaginal area.
So, what you're going to have to do is cure the bacterial vaginosis infection if you want to get rid of the odor. It's easy to do it. And once you're able to get rid of it, you won't have to worry about it ever coming back again.
The first way you can get rid of the vaginal odor is to use yogurt. To use it, you should insert some of it into your vagina using a tampon. The good bacteria that's in yogurt will fight off the bad bacteria that's causing you to have the odor and help you get rid of the bacterial vaginosis.
Another tip on how to get rid of fishy vaginal odor is to soak in apple cider vinegar. The apple cider vinegar will help you get rid of toxins in your body that's causing you to have BV.
